Amanda was our server and she is amazing!! Very attentive and explained so much to us since we have never been there. Recommended great items and very flexible with us with our baby. Food was wonderful and very flavorful!

Service food was great.

I enjoyed the food it was definitely a 10/10. Customer service was a 3/10. Servers didn't come check on me as much I would have liked. Other parties the servers went straight to them without them having to wait like I did. I also had a long wait time with checking out

Normally have a pretty good experience at this establishment, which is why we travel from Florida to Thomasville quite frequently to visit. However, tonight service was terrible— tall black male host, biracial female with burgundy curly hair, and a heavier biracial female with black/brown hair did not want to serve anyone on the patio, so although there were open tables on the patio they told us that we would have to wait 10-15 minutes to be seated outside at one of the empty tables. Terrible customer service and unfortunately has tainted my views on an establishment that I have always praised.

Highly satisfied 🙂‍↔. Last week in Tallahassee we went to a sea food spot and got over charged for food that didn't have flavor.. But today😮‍💨 at kings claw was very worth the money. Never can complain coming to this trap 💯. Great service and atmosphere👌🏽

Bought my mom the captain boil drove hour there hour back gave it to mom for mother's day was a cluster short. The manager said she checked every bag she knew it was in there smh. I don't even eat seafood but trying to bless mom i went out my way. The manager did say bring it back but it cost to much to bring it back gas prices but my fault for not checking before i left but never again will they get my $60 because i did Tip...

This food was terrible! I ordered the sampler, with cheese sticks, chicken tenders, popcorn shrimp, and calamari.My daughter had Seafood boil with shrimp, crab legs, corn, and eggs. Gator bites were rubbery! Never again!

The atmosphere was nice and the service in the beginning was great.We received our drinks and appetizers, but our entrees never made it to the table after over 40 minutes. There was no refills on drinks or updating us on our order.The waitress that served our appetizers, apologized several times and informed us that she did not know we had entrees. The gentleman that took our order never apologized or even acknowledged that he has made a mistake.Overall I still payed for what I did received which was calamari,mozzarella sticks,sweet tea and a lemon water.I still left a $5 tip because I just that kind of person.

Absolutely horrible service. Sat for 30 minutes and not even so much as a drink. The waitress walked by MULTIPLE TIMES. The hostess “ took” our order and still didn’t come back. After another 15 minutes so we just left. The table next to us wasn’t checked on the whole time we were there. They had to get up and go and ask for their ticket and lady STILL had them waiting. Rude, terrible business.

The food was great but our server was rude. She didn’t bother to inform us when we ordered crab legs that they didn’t have the pliers to crack the legs. When we asked her for them, she stated they didn’t have any because people keep stealing them and then proceeded to tell us that other people figure it out.

Worst experience ever! I purchased 63 dollars worth of seafood… I called my order in to Jalen, I repeated my order… it was like he didn’t want to be there and he intentionally rung me up for the wrong food after I repeated myself 3 times… his tone was very disappointing… I called back at 930 he said they just closed … they advertise closing at 10 on this website … he told me I would have to bring the food back tomorrow! Unacceptable for for perishable food like seafood… to make matters worse the manager Breanna offered to remake noodles and eggs the next day… without the rest of the seafood… if I wanted to eat them separately I could’ve ate noodles at home! Completely unprofessional and they have this attitude like it doesn’t matter who you report it to.. nothing is going to be done… no cooperate to make a complaint to… I do not recommend this location!
