The staff is very friendly. It's a constant flood of business so the food is always fresh. The area is clean and people friendly. The work well as a team.
My food was perfect and Krystal was helpful, polite and smiled nonstop! I appreciated her contribution to the great day i had!!

I just went through the drive thru and ordered a 12 piece family meal and also got a large red beans and rice. I got back home, almost 20 miles away, and my biscuits were missing. Im not even going to call, it's not like Im driving back up there just for biscuits.
This is one of the few places left in Thomasville that I actually buy food from. The chicken was freshly cooked, the sides weren't bad. Id give it a 5/5 if all of my food was here. Since its not, 3/5 because missing food is par for the course around here.

Went to drive thru to order sat there 15 minutes nobody answered speaker so I drove off. If they can't help you in 3 minutes they don't need to be in business.

Good food... EXCEPT for yesterday, 11-8-2025. I receive an undercooked breast and a drumstick that had been rewarded to the point it was not edible. You all dropped the ball. This has never happened to me before ...at Popeyes. Biscuit and slaw were good as usual. But your signature chicken left me thinking of a different alternative. NO NOT CHURCH'S.
