Absolutely amazing service! The ladies here make you feel like family! The food is super heavy, but it's filling. You get a lot of food for the money, and we almost always take home leftovers. It's a bit loud, but that's expected. Think of it like the noise of a family reunion--dialed back a few notches. People gather here with friends, family, business meals, and so much more. My go-to meal is two blueberry jalapeño pancakes with two medium poached eggs (yellow still runny, but white fully cooked). Add a little house-made hot sauce to the eggs, and it hits just right.

A very nice hometown restaurant. Good and friendly service. The big biscuit is all that. The pancakes were fluffy and good.

The best breakfast spot in South Georgia. Nothing compares to the southern charm ✨️ that exudes Q. Great service. A culturally rich feeling washes over you upon entering.Everything is well done. Eggs, bacon, grits and biscuits ? for the win. I'm usually skeptical of super thick biscuits, because the very middle is usually doughie. Q's biscuits are perfection. I put the egg on one half of the biscuit before piercing the yoke, so the runny goodness soaks into the flaky yumminess. Thanks for your execution of good eats.

Amazing food, me and my husband were in town and someone recommended this place for breakfast. I have never had worse treatment from a server, Jade was our server and she first didn’t even greet us just said “what do you want?” when asking what we want to order, our food came out and she aggressively set the plates down… I asked for a side of butter and she forgot to bring it and then acted rude for me reminding her, so I asked another server to get it for me. I just have never been treated so badly as a patron in a restaurant and I will not be going back.

Darling Downtown Diner. Not only the best breakfast in Thomasville, but one of the best anywhere. Don't miss the biscuits. The Low County Benedict was fantastic. The grits were great, and the home fries were top notch, with just the right crisp. Be sure to check out the specials board at the front.

Growing up in Thomasville, I'd occasionally heard people rave about Q Cafe, but it wasn't until recently that I checked it out for myself. It's for sure one of the best breakfast/brunch options in this small town. Everything tastes locally sourced and has a homey vibe. Now that I currently reside in a more populous city, I wholeheartedly appreciate the businesses like Q Cafe whose prices are very reasonable. I ordered for myself as well as my sister and spent $25 before tipping. Next time I'm home, I'll surely be back to further explore their menu.

We got there right at lunch time and there was no waiting to be seated. Waitress very attentive and helped our indecisive table to choose. It does get smokey and slightly difficult to breathe when sitting next to the kitchen window but the food is great. Best biscuit around!!! The cold slaw has a strong onion taste. Pie was decent but they didn't have any from the selection on the menu. Brisket sandwich had great flavors. Chicken and biscuit was seasoned well. Pancake stacks were fresh and fluffy. Bacon crispy. Good quality and quanity of food for the price.
