Darling Downtown Diner. Not only the best breakfast in Thomasville, but one of the best anywhere. Don't miss the biscuits. The Low County Benedict was fantastic. The grits were great, and the home fries were top notch, with just the right crisp. Be sure to check out the specials board at the front.
We got there right at lunch time and there was no waiting to be seated. Waitress very attentive and helped our indecisive table to choose. It does get smokey and slightly difficult to breathe when sitting next to the kitchen window but the food is great. Best biscuit around!!! The cold slaw has a strong onion taste.
