I sat in the drive thru for every bit of 15 min for ONE DRINK. This use to be a great establishment to go to. Hopefully things get better because I’ll be driving to Tallahassee for my drink from now on.

I do not know what has happened to this location. Ever since the store manager was let go or left late 2023, it hasn’t been the same. I went there Sunday at 12:45pm and there was a sign saying they close at 5pm. I go in and take my laptop out, 5 mins later, I think the new store manager told everyone inside that the cafe is closing. It seems to me the new store manager can’t keep employees. Not sure but very disappointed. The employees are always nice. But what I have witness, there is a disconnect between the store manger/supervisor and the employees.

Visit here for the 5th time AGAIN same lack of service! Called home office 2 times! Wait time to place order is 10 plus minutes! Starbucks this is unacceptable. Went back later in the day at 1:00 they were CLOSED on a Saturday. This location should be shut down. I will not be not return.

worst customer service. I got in the drive thru at 4:40 pm when they close at 5 pm after waiting nearly 20 minutes in line. I got to the speaker with 2 minutes to spare and then refused to take my order!

Waited for nearly 20 mins and they hadn’t even started my order while people behind me were served. Ended up just asking for coffee instead of my latte so I could leave. Didn’t get a refund and they missed my bring your own cup discount.

Honestly it is my own fault for continuing to patron this Starbucks location. I can’t mention how many times I have placed a mobile pickup and arrived to the front doors being locked for “drive thru only”. Then when I have my kids in the car I will place a drive thru pickup (currently in that line now for 25 minutes) and it always takes half an half or more to get a cup of coffee. I will not be back.

Update: Visited again. Hours have been shortened. Order ahead was no longer available. Obvious staffing problem. Sorry but it’s not worth the wait.Busy. Clean. Short staffed. The staff that was there were doing the best they could. Food was coming out well ahead of drinks. . Just not enough of them for the morning rush. Custom latte was well made.

This score reflects their hours of operation. They seem to be closed more than open. The drive thru and store lights are always on but they are not open for business.Thomasville Starbucks needs to get it together.

Went to Starbucks a week ago and I am beyond disappointed with the upper management. The baristas work so hard to make a great experience for the customers… but then when I notice upper management being rude to them I’m shocked. It’s almost like they are looking to upset them!Keep it up baristas!
