Ever since this location fired their manager in early December, it has been a major struggle to place or pick up an order. Several times I have placed a mobile order only to learn that the cafe was closed and there was a long drive through line. Today, mobile ordering was turned off. When I approached the door, there was a cafe customer exiting and the manager locked the door behind him and apologized but would not let me enter. The staff here are always really nice, but it always seems after a certain time they have their mobile ordering option turned off. I’m a night shift nurse so I always like to grab coffee before my shift, I like mobile ordering because it’s faster for me to run in and grab it rather than go inside and order or sit through the busy drive thru. Update: Visited again. Hours have been shortened. Order ahead was no longer available. Obvious staffing problem. Sorry but it’s not worth the wait.Busy. Clean. Short staffed. The staff that was there were doing the best they could. Food was coming out well ahead of drinks. . Just not enough of them for the morning rush. Custom latte was well made.
