Nice shrimp, purchased 3 pounds at a very reasonable price ($8/#).

Nelson’s sells shrimp. That’s it. And that’s all I needed. Large, fresh shrimp that were $12 a pound (cash only). If you’re squeamish about peeling and deveining, don’t come here but you’ll be sorry. Cooked these beauties with garlic, butter, lemon, S&P and went to shrimp heaven. We’ll be back. Often!

I must admit although I live on the coast all I eat is frozen shrimp , and I'll admit that Nelson's has made me feel awful about my behavior. There's such a major difference between fresh and frozen shrimp I mean you can really taste the difference and I'm in no way exaggerating . The service was quick and friendly and at $12 per pound for large shrimp yes they really were large and delicious . So made the drive to Nelson's and you will not be disappointed. Your next shrimp dish will be more than you've come to expect especially if you've been using frozen shrimp .

Nelson is the best! 8 dollars a pound for fresh shrimp caught off the boat which is really unseen of. We bought three pounds to bring it back from Savannah to Atlanta. James was so nice and allowed us to pay cash the next day as we didn’t have any cash.. He simply put us on the wall of shame until we came back and settled our debt :) can’t wait to try the shrimp they look delicious and fresh. Thank you again Nelson quality shrimp company!

Great shrimp and great prices! Always fresh off the boat!
Fresh shrimp straight off the boat. Was greeted very well when I arrived. Pickings was slim because of the time of the year. Very nice guy that runs the place. I will return
