They seem to be hit and miss here lately, I had very little steak with very little broccoli, and yet, a lot of rice and carrots.

I used to eat here everyday after school during high school before they moved locations (2012 - 2016). I loved their food.
Now? Quality has gone down hill dramatically and they won't even let you have your meat+vegetables on one plate/box and your rice in another. For a JAPANESE restaurant it baffled me they don't let you keep your rice segmented. You know, how it's often done? I lived in Fukuoka, Kyushu Japan for half a year. I like my rice separate, in part, so it doesn't absorb all the teriyaki sauce on the chicken. Which, when it happens, you have dry tasteless chicken and it really sucks.
I tried coming by for the first time in a long while to try the food as best I like it, but no. You can't have chicken and rice separate. Why? I don't know. What I do know is that their teriyaki chicken with rice is terrible when you eat it at home because the chicken has no teriyaki and the rice is soggy.

I work in Tifton but live in Albany. My coworker suggested this place for lunch. Thank God she did! The steak and shrimp combo was everything! I'll be back! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Stop making people sign credit card slips/receipts in the drive thru. It’s archaic and makes your drive thru slower.
