I go thru all the time and pickup an Extra large Joy Shot lite Ice. Which I pay for of course. When I receive the drink they tell me it isn't full because I asked LITE ICE. Now I'm not talking about a little bit. You could pour the drink into a medium cup and it be full then. I wish I had taken a photo. If I go back I will. This is NOT Okay. IF YOU ASK FOR AN EXTRA LARGE AND PAY FOR IT THAT IS WHAT YOU SHOULD GET. I DO AT EVERY OTHER ELLIANOS I GO TO, AND THAT IS LOT. DO A BETTER JOB. WOW..

Ellianos coffee is great but if you have an app to preorder, you should have a walk up window for pick up. A customer shouldn’t have to wait in a drive thru line for 20 minutes to pick up a coffee that was ordered and has been sitting and getting cold due to the line. Please add a pick up window for app orders!

I placed my order and could tell the guy was not interested in quality work. While telling him my order he never bothered to look my way and just plugged a regular joy shot in. I watched them make it & tried to make eye contact so that I could inform them he ran the order up incorrectly (I could review it on my app) when given to me, my drink was white. Too much cream & not as I asked. Sure enough they didn’t make it as ordered. When I was handed the beverage by another employee I asked politely “did you make this with cafe dulce and HALF the syrup with extra ice as ordered”. He remade the drink and the second time it was even more awful. We’d been driving from Ohio and I was looking forward to getting a good iced latte, this was not happening today. At home, the local Elliano’s employees are nice and inviting, enjoy their job & go above and beyond to meet the customers needs. Unfortunately this was not my experience with the Tifton location. I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but as a business owner myself, I always want to know if my employees are severing a bad beverage with poor customer service skills.
