I go thru all the time and pickup an Extra large Joy Shot lite Ice. Which I pay for of course. When I receive the drink they tell me it isn't full because I asked LITE ICE. Now I'm not talking about a little bit. You could pour the drink into a medium cup and it be full then. I wish I had taken a photo. If I go back I will. This is NOT Okay. IF YOU ASK FOR AN EXTRA LARGE AND PAY FOR IT THAT IS WHAT YOU SHOULD GET. I DO AT EVERY OTHER ELLIANOS I GO TO, AND THAT IS LOT....
I love their chai tea latte! It’s so flavorful and rich! Highly recommend to tea and chai drinkers 💜
I’m only giving 4 stars because my drink was not as full as I would like (see pics). I paid a $1 up charge for heavy cream and would have expected it to be a little closer to the rim for the price I paid.

Delicious lattes. Tasty and fresh bagels and warm cookies. Service was a tad slow but everything was fresh, so it's worth it. The atmosphere could be a little better if it was on the main road rather than on the middle of a strip mall parking lot. We will return then next time we pass it on the highway.
