I placed an order online one hour ago that was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes. We pull up at the store 20 minutes later and are told it will be another 10 minutes. I go back in after 10 minutes and I was told then it would be 7 more minutes. Ugh!!! After 7 minutes I go back in & have to wait 6 more minutes before one of the employees (who has an attitude with all if the customers in the store) finally hands me my order.
