Good chicken, good review, simple as that. The only inconsistency is with fries. Even if you tick the "extra" option, and pay for it, you'll still sometimes get a VERY small amount, while other times you are overloaded like you asked for. Overall though, it's pretty good.

The floors inside the restaurant need to be deep cleaned before someone gets hurt, they are slippery with grease.The food was so good my husband and I couldn't talk about anything else while eating and we got lost in the sauce lol. We split a 6 piece tender meal with honey mustard and zaxs sauce, and the fried cheese nuggets with ranch. It was our first time having it and won't be the last.
I placed an online order and it waited 10 minutes outside and 15 minutes inside. Come to find out it had been sitting there the entire time without a ticket.

Wow, the staff was so rude. It felt like we were being pranked it was so bad. We tried being personable and nice, never gave them a reason to even have any attitude, but they were some of the rudest people we've ever seen working in customer service.

This zaxbys sucks more than a prostitute on a Saturday night. I was in the drive thru at 8:30 PM tonight and finally make it to next to order at 8:50 and then an employee comes out to tell me they are closed. So I asked for an explanation and they said cause I said so. This zaxbys is worse than any McDonald's I've ever been to, and I would rather eat my own feces than ever come here again.

The quality of food at this store and portions have been in a sharp decline over the past few months. Every visit I'm becoming less inclined to come back. I don't know if it's new management or what , but it's been a hard decline in the quality of food. Probably better going to the one across town.
