I’m a doordash driver, and zaxbys is easily the best restaurant in Tifton to get delivery from. Amazing customer service, little to no wait time, and clearly a very hard working staff. Whether it’s the one on Virginia Avenue or Tift Avenue, my favorite place to make deliveries from. You guys rock.
Food needs to be served hotter in the drive thru..
While going through Tifton around 1pm on a Saturday, my party decided to stop at what looked like a clean Zaxbys restaurant. It was just as clean on the inside, as the dining area had just been cleaned and mopped.
When we got to the register, the cashier was being patient with a customer who was actually upset because her order was ready for her before she had a chance to find a table and get her drink. The cashier handled the situation perfectly, by the way.

Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings offers a mix of experiences for its customers. Many reviews highlight the restaurant's friendly service and clean environment. Guests have noted the welcoming staff, with one reviewer mentioning a particularly helpful lady who patiently explained the menu. Despite some positive service experiences, there are mixed opinions about the food quality. While some diners enjoyed the chicken, fries, and sauces, others felt that the food was not worth the price, citing issues like small, overcooked tenders and reduced portion sizes, especially with salads and fries. One reviewer shared their experience during a busy time, praising the staff for maintaining good service and delivering fresh food despite the crowd. However, another customer expressed dissatisfaction with the customer service at a specific location. Overall, Zaxby's has potential for great meals and service, but experiences may vary by location and time.
