I sent my daughter up there to pick up dinner, among our order was 6 chicken fingers with gravy (not the finger basket). When she got home, we were found we'd been charged for 6 fingers but only received 3. She called up there to explain the mistake, ended up speaking to the 'manager' who spoke super fast, wouldn't let her get a word in, then said they had to review the cameras to confirm she was telling the truth (I assume), then hung up on her.
