First time eating here . We loved it ! The steak , French dip and chicken tenders were great the wings were good too .we will return soon.our server Keeley was wonderful!

This place surprised us with good food, service and atmosphere. Highly recommended if you stop through Toccoa.

What a great atmosphere! Ashley was fantastic! Jane on the spot with drinks and food and laughed at our jokes!😂
When our brisket tacos and grouper tacos came out, they were perfectly seasoned and cooked! What a wonderful little gem to find in this place! Sure do wish we would've came here last night instead of the less than mediocre Mexican restaurant we went to 🫤

Food was mediocre at best. We had a large group, and a couple of the dishes were good, and some were not. Looks like it depends on what you order.

We sat there and watched as everyone after us got served. I had made reservations to just have the server not even ask us our drink order. He completely walked passed us the whole time we finally walked out he never even introduced himself. Some service.
Update manager got in touch with me 15 minutes after this before we even decided where else to go eat and asked for a second chance we went back and they knocked it out of the park.

they were unprepaired for all the BRAG riders. But, the service and food were good.

our waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable. we were able to order quickly. she visited out table a decent amount. We sat out on the patio with our service dog. The restaurant was very clean. The food was delicious and full of flavor with the exception of the chicken tenders which seemed to have no seasoning at all. Nachos delicious. Burger delicious.
The atmosphere was relaxed and casual. Live music was playing inside. All of the workers were very pleasant.

on another note our waitress handled some borderline rude customers who were short and snippy and she did a great job staying professional and pleasant.

We love r&r! They have awesome burgers, a great beer selection, plenty of dessert options, & enjoyable atmosphere. One of my favorite places to eat in town. I’m so glad Toccoa has it!

Absolutely the best service I have had in forever. Anywhere. I travel frequently. Avery and Christi, bartenders, were awesome! When you come, order the Gouda Pimento Cheese Poppers. You will NOT be disappointed.

Obviously we read the reviews before we went and obviously the first handful of 5 star reviews are from family and friends who blindly automatically leave a 5 lol so yeah..
And all responses from the owner responding to reviews blames everyone but themselves.. short staffed, we'll talk to the staff at the next meeting blah blah..
They close at 8pm when the band , dj or karaoke could start to bring in some fun for customers and a night life but choose not to do these things people would love.
Then xfactor fans chime in with that dive that also closes early and gives customers nothing fun to do or a chance at a night life. Short staffed? The whole town is looking for work so thats no excuse or they're hiring friends and family over qualified employees. I dont know - not my problem BUT open your minds and think about what customers may want or need from a local bar restaurant. Karaoke/Dj/Bands at 8 till midnight would be something to get people in there and having a good time instead of closing 🤔
Proper prices and food portions will actually attract MORE people not leas (a $5 spaghetti dinner during slow hours sure would bring in some business or $1 dogs) ya might not get rich off of it right away -but gets people in (people attract other people) and buying drings or other menu items. ?
We refuse to go to xfactor because they seem to be drama online and but in on other businesses post ect ect. (We see right through their game) We'll eventually come to R&R again but we'd like to see something different than what we seen on our first visit. "1 table of 4 people in a huge bright empty bar looking around for their server" Bring happiness to your place and you'll bring in a crowd every time.
Bring confusion, chaos & drama or ignorant staff and thats what the vibe will be. And people will feel it.
People dont want crazy off the wall food , they wanna have fun and grab some food and drinks while spending a night on the town.. I mean if someone just wants bland food Wendy's and fast food spots have that market pegged with $5 & $6 meals super quick.
Give the town something nobody else is doing -
A night life more live bands , karaoke & dj -
Thats what people want , they can sit home in an empty place and drink and eat while being alone for alot less money .
Dare to be different and be that place people cant wait to get back to when the weekend hits .Thats (Friday and Saturday Nights) 👍 in case y'all forgot 😷

Highly recommend R&R terminal!!! We had our annual work Christmas party and this year we chose R&R and I can honestly say I think everyone wants to use them for all future holiday parties!!! The food was great our server Kristy did an awesome job she was very attentive and professional and let us let loose and have a good time!!!!! Music games and great fun!!! Y’all truly need to try them out!! I’m from Louisiana and I sure miss the food and it has been heck trying to find a decent place to eat and now I finally have place to go ;)))
