We had a birthday surprise lunch for a very special lady. Bryan was easy to work with when planning the event and had everything set up and ready to go. His staff was excellent. The restaurant was busy but they didn’t miss a beat in taking care of us. Everything turned out great. We are very grateful for all you did to make our birthday girl happy.Highly recommend.
The food was the best Hot and Delicious at reasonable prices—big portions. They were slammed at 1230pm today. Guarantee they hadn't had a Monday crowd like what happened today every table filled between 1215pm and 1240pm Manpower was limited. Not their fault. They were courteous and friendly and did their very best. We waited longer than usual but that's ok never rush the cook or the help. X-Factor Grill is a nice casual atmosphere diner and a local favorite in beautiful downtown Toccoa. The food is excellent, hot, and delicious with good portions and lots of variety. Specific meals like the country fried steak are very good and great, with real mashed potatoes. The French toast is good and the BEC Omelette is absolutely delicious. The service is great, courteous, and friendly, with staff checking on guests without hovering. Prices are reasonable and not bad. The restaurant opens onto an antique mall worth checking out. It is highly recommended, especially when in Toccoa.
