The guy who answered the phone went out of his way to help me, didn't have to help me but did. Amazing and so very much appreciated. The food? Bro I haven't had dominos is a long time but this is PHENOMENAL. Good job guys, thank y'all!
They are so freaking nice here! I ordered delivery last night and they messed up my order by forgetting my sauce cups. And whoever answered the phone last night, it was a female, she was so nice and apologized profusely and then said the driver will be back and bring them I am so sorry. Domino's Pizza offers a mixed experience, with some customers receiving exceptional service and food. The restaurant is willing to go the extra mile, as seen in the reviewer who was called back twice after their initial call was dropped. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, with employees described as sweet and very friendly and helpful, especially when addressing issues with the app. The front staff, including the manager (a woman with dark hair), are praised for their helpfulness and efficiency. Customers appreciate the convenience, especially when ordering for the kids or during busy nights. However, some pizzas may arrive with issues, such as a lack of sauce and dryness, as described by another reviewer. Additionally, customers should be careful ordering from the Internet, as the menu on the corporate website and at the store can differ, especially regarding specialty pizzas. Overall, Domino's Pizza is a decent option for a quick and affordable meal, with the potential for a great experience if service is good.
