Drove 30 minutes from SC. Have passed before driving g through. Food is delicious. I described it as going to Grandma's for Sunday dinner. Actually also got 2 plates to go. Will definitely go back.
Shirley's cell phone is legendary in Taccoa and so is she. She is just wonderful to everyone and she runs a ministry to feed the homeless. When she closes at 2:00 she feeds all that leftover food to the homeless. Bless her soul. I got some food to take with me from there which was wonderful. I was listening to that gospel music and talking to her and I told her I felt the food was anointed by the holy Spirit and she said that it was which is good enough for me.
That old southern charm you can only get home. Is this home it sure feels right. The smiles and love you feel are genuine. The food feeds your heart and soul. As for my family. We love this place.
