Really terrible meal. Waited 15 minutes to find our order apparently lost. I assumed at least we would get piping hot food when it finally came. Not so. Barely warm fries, tough chicken, and soggy bread. Must have been sitting somewhere for 15 or 20 minutes.

Plenty of staff but poorly managed. The food was old and Luke warm. Fries were luke warm and undercooked. My wife's meal, they forgot the bread and coleslaw. My coleslaw, they for got to put mayonnaise in it. It was just chopped cabbage. Worse Guthries, I have been to.
We ate there what was last Saturday. The tenders were good but the fries were burnt or so hard that you could hardly bite into them. My husband didn’t want to make a scene so we left and will never go back. We will also warn others about them!!

Waited awhile in drive thru for my order. Said they had to make a fresh batch for my order but it was not hot from the fryer like she said. Not as good as it used to be.

I maybe biased but Guthries has the absolute best chicken. Its fresh never frozen. It's bathed in milk bath and hand breaded. They take the time to make sure the chicken goes into the fryer just right so it doesn't feather the flour. Don't even get me started on the sauce. I sure have missed good chicken in Ringgold.
Stopped in for lunch on my break. Ordered a simple pita plate with fries and a drink. Didn't ask for anything special. Sat there and waited almost 10 minutes while everyone that came after me was served their food. When mine was finally ready, it was wrong. Didn't have the topping it was supposed to come with. Returned it to the counter only to wait another 10 minutes for the replacement. Fries were cold and I had to go back to work. Cashier didn't care one bit that my food was wrong and they wasted my lunch break.

We stopped in for lunch. We ordered the box with the Guthrie sauce. The chicken tenders are seasoned beautifully, but the chicken tenders themselves are small. They could be juicer and larger for the price. The number of fries we got was very small as well. I asked for everything to be made fresh, but the chicken tenders weren't piping hot how I like them. The tenders were just warm. Right out of the fryer is how I wanted them, and I didn't get that even after asking. The Guthrie sauce and coleslaw were great as well as the toast. This meal is way better, taste, and quality than zaxbys, and it can definitely give raising canes a run for its money. Comparable to raising canes if their chickem was larger and juicer. We would stop by again.
