Had breakfast here 2 days in a row and they will never get a dime from me again, 1st time food was wrong. I said ok no worries I'll try again tomorrow. 2nd time again got the food wrong. It is not that difficult to NOT put something on a food item if someone requests it to be taken off. All you have to do is read what they want right? It also NOT that hard to add an item to something that someone wants. If someone is spending darn near $15 for a combo meal you best believe EVERYTHING i ask for should be done CORRECTLY!

Just came through and ordered a big bacon biscuit and sweet Tea. The biscuit was cold and the bacon felt like it just came out of the fridge. The sweet tea was water with no sugar. Not a very good experience.
Breakfast in a hurry, it's fast food but it was really good fast food. Biscuits were really good. Maple bacon Biscuits were really good as well.

I just wanna take a second and say Hardee’s in Trenton for the win! It meant so much to me to see that Hardee’s was open this morning that I could get a coffee and a biscuit. With the snowstorm and basically the whole town closing up for safety reasons my business was one of the one few ones that stayed open normal hours. Staying in a hotel last night not eating normal food just grabbing a quick bite from the gas station. It was amazing. The smile I had on my face when I saw the Hardee’s open sign And I just wanna highlight the ladies in this picture I did not catch their names, but I thanked them and let them know. I appreciate them. Rock on Hardee’s in Trenton five stars plus if there was a way to give more, I would.

When I walked in i specifically asked for fresh cooked food and I did not want anything from the warmers. I worked at Hardee’s in the past and I know how the quality changes when meat is kept in the warmers. Yet when my meal was made I watched the cook pull the patties from the warmers , I then corrected and was told it’s fresh not from the warmers although I seen him. I asked for it to be remade and the cook refused to remake my orders. The cashier then put the bag on the counter and told me to have a nice day. So to the GM at this location your cool and cashier should follow through on a customers request. It only takes a few minutes for the patty to run through the charbroiler. That was ridiculous, then to top it off they didn’t have any fries at all for my meals. This location needs to learn how to do a proper truck order , your loosing sales due to bad service and being out of product.
