This is my first time going to this Hardees since I moved out this way I always love the one that was in Whitwell Tennessee. They were a great great Hardee's. I placed my order in online. Pulled up to the window just a few minutes later. I was told by the guy at the window that they had to drop everything so it'd probably be about 5 minutes and I'm thinking okay. Well, you know what I'll get fresh food. The food came out 2 minutes later. I had the Nashville hot five-piece tender and a hot ham and cheese. The hot ham and cheese look like somebody stepped on it and then I was expecting hot chicken since they told me that I was going to have to wait because they were going to have to drop it. The chicken was dried out like Evan already sitting under a warmer for a while. It was dried out but it was not warm or hot at all. The only thing warm about that chicken was the spice they put on top $8 for five chicken. Fingers that are small and then in addition to that it wasn't even they weren't even warm and they were dried out. I don't know what the purpose of telling me they're going to have to drop my food and I'm going to have to wait for it then to bring it out shortly thereafter and it's it's dried out in old tasting. I will not be returning to this Hardee's.

Had breakfast here 2 days in a row and they will never get a dime from me again, 1st time food was wrong. I said ok no worries I'll try again tomorrow. 2nd time again got the food wrong. It is not that difficult to NOT put something on a food item if someone requests it to be taken off. All you have to do is read what they want right? It also NOT that hard to add an item to something that someone wants. If someone is spending darn near $15 for a combo meal you best believe EVERYTHING i ask for should be done CORRECTLY!

Great food and service. They were rather busy when I got there, but they gave me a drink since I'd had to wait a bit for my food. Very nice.

Just ok for lunch. Small portions and not our favorite stop. Feel seemed like it wasn’t freshly made and all the chicken was rather dry.
We went through the drive through. We were the only ones there and it took awhile to be acknowledged. When we got to the window we got the drinks and handed over my card. That employee then walked to her car and left. My card was still inside. We waited about 10 minutes before someone else finally handed us our food and I had to ask for my card. We got 2 meals and a chicken tender platter. There were fries in the platter but no fries with the meals. We asked for ranch with the platter. We got no ranch. When we asked for the fries they seemed surprised we asked and said they had a stressful day. There were at least 10 employees inside standing around chatting with a guy not in uniform and no other customers. She disappeared and we gave up and left. The chicken tenders were smaller than chicken nuggets. We will not be returning.

Just came through and ordered a big bacon biscuit and sweet Tea. The biscuit was cold and the bacon felt like it just came out of the fridge. The sweet tea was water with no sugar. Not a very good experience.

Breakfast in a hurry, it's fast food but it was really good fast food. Biscuits were really good. Maple bacon Biscuits were really good as well.
