This review is baised since I'm not from around here, and I was scrolling using Google maps to find a breakfast location. Breakfast at this location is great. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating. If I even come thru here again, I'll definitely stop in. I dined in, but took a few breakfast sandwiches to go as well. 👍

Tucked into the heart of Trenton and all of us residents Hope House Café delivers a warm, uplifting atmosphere with food that comforts the soul. From fresh ingredients to friendly service, everything here is top-notch—but the real standout? Their chicken salads. Creamy, flavorful, and consistently satisfying, they’ve earned a special place at the top of my favorites list. Don’t miss out on this hidden gem that’s serving hope with every bite and order.

In a world that can often feel heavy and uncertain, places like the Hope House Café and Hand Up Ministries shine as sacred spaces of restoration, dignity, and second chances. Their mission is more than service—it’s a ministry of hope, carried out day by day through compassion, consistency, and care. To Mrs. Pam, Rachel, and Rex & Tammi Mayo—your hearts for this community are evident in every meal served, every story listened to, every opportunity offered. You are planting seeds not just of survival, but of transformation. You remind us that hope is not just an idea—it’s something we give to one another when we show up, believe in someone, and walk alongside them. To everyone in the program and everyone who supports it—your courage, your presence, and your belief in restoration matter. Whether you’re serving, receiving, or walking the road of recovery and growth, you are part of something holy. This is what community looks like: hands held, burdens shared, and lives being rebuilt with grace. May the work of Hope House and Hand Up Ministries continue to be a beacon of healing, purpose, and belonging for all who walk through their doors.
This was my third time visiting Hope House Cafe and I actually ordered to go this time! My food and drink was ready on time but I totally messed up and ordered a hot latte instead of my normal iced. Jordan was very kind to remake it for me when she did not have to! I truly love this place!

As the name says, it is a house turned into a restaurant, this is clearly where the locals go. Great breakfast and great atmosphere!

The food is great, the staff is always friendly and I love the flavored coffee! The only place that serves flavored coffees in decaf.
