Waited in drive-through for 10 minutes because their lobby was closed on a DoorDash when I got up to the window they told me to come inside after they had told me to come to the window to pick up the order every time I go to the store when I’m not working They usually always mess up my food, forcing me to go inside and have them fix it or replace it not worth the time just go eat somewhere else

McDonalds does not inspire images of quality dining and customer service. This location seemed friendly enough but was exceedingly disorganized. With one person ahead in the drive-thru line and no one behind, there was a long pause before my order was taken and confusion about who I was at the window. Realizing the hashbrowns were not provided 20 minutes down the Interstate never reflects good service.

Parking: Fairly large parking lot with extra spaces in the back. Even a few picnic tables around back as well.
One of the best... in the Past! under new management charges extra for cup of drink with no ice... what a joke!! No other McDonald's charges extra for a cup with no ice i reccomend ordering your drink normal and coming in and getting 5 refills b4 Leaving just because refills are free anyway ... pissing your customers off over Petty Stuff will cost you More Mr Manager that's Greedy... I'm surprised I have seen similar reviews here as well this Location has Fell Far From the Apple Tree ... 🌳

I thought was the best mcdonald's ever cause the food was always fresh. However.....the starting getting my order wrong every time...my husband had to go down there 3 time til they got it right. The new Main is very rude and makes up rules that doesn't even make sense calls me a lier when I told him how many times they got my order wrong. Wanted to charge me for a sauce pack just cause I didn't want any ice In my cup. Hello! I'm paying for the cup! It's very rude and very poor management there! Really needs a new one to make things right! It's sad that this manger won't let me even come back. When my family friends been going to this for years since I was a kid. I have to say I wish Ralph was still alive R.I.P. Anyway really upsets me cause this new manger is a JOKE!

This place used to be clean. Ordering at the kiosk is useless as they never bring your food to your table. Even with the 'dine in' option chosen, you'll get your food in a brown bag and not the tray.
