This place is always dead, but yet the one time I used the men's bathroom there was no hand sanitizer or any soap.
I don't even know how long it was like this, because again... this pizza hut is ALWAYS dead.
All restaurants in Trenton show their rating (A 91, B 88, etc) on their walls somewhere, this Trenton Pizza Hut DOES NOT.
I also have seen Ecolab about 3 times over the course of 3 weeks.
They have a fly (read: larva, fly larvae also called maggots) problem since they keep their back door open but unlike other kitchens do not have a fan mounted over the door to blow air down and outwards when doors are open.
Beware of Trenton Pizza Hut, they do have a male employee who probably has had to use the bathroom sometime during his employment, god knows how many days/shifts/pizzas were cooked with "poopy" or "urine-y" hands.

Horrible place. Don’t go here. Placed an order at 5:57 pm. As of 6:56 pm still not gotten food.
Terrible all around. I have NEVER left a bad review on a restaurant but wow. Bad service, undercooked food, rude and extremely unhelpful staff. 1. Ordered sweet tea and it tasted moldy and old. Requested a new drink and server asked if the tea was bad. When we confirmed she responded, “I was afraid of that.” 2. Over an hour wait for pizza with only one other party in the restaurant. 3. Pizza dough was not cooked when it was served. Even the kids noticed and asked to cook at home instead of eating pizza. 4. Upon payment, the total seemed too high so requested an itemized receipt. Staff responded, “If you dine in, the receipt won’t have your name on it.” They seemed totally incapable of understanding what information we were requesting.
We expressed our dissatisfaction with food quality and staff simply did not care. Will not eat here again and do not recommend.

I placed a to go order for a pizza and some wings, I went to pick it up and the workers and manager were standing around talking and I went to pay for my order and asked for 2 ranches, 1 should come with the meal bc wings come with sauce but the cashier charged me for both, and each sauce is .75 cents! For a tiny little sauce. I don’t have a lot of money so I nicely explained that I would give one of the sauces back and that 1 comes with it so I shouldn’t be charged at all and need a refund of my almost 2 dollars, and apologized for the fuss but I just couldn’t justify spending 2 dollars for 1 ranch cup considering the other should have been free, and the manager very rudely said “so you’re asking for a refund for .75 cents?!” And turned to another worker and smirked and laughed. She wound up apologizing but it really bothered me how rude she was.

I never leave reviews. Ever. I too work in the industry. However. My to go order, was horrible. When I tell you it was like a day old pizza… it was bad. Hard. Not even warm (granted received a notification it was ready, got there, wasn’t “ready”). Truly a waste of my money and my time.

Ordered online at Pizza Hut Trenton location. Order confirmed, ready in 14 minutes. I waited 30 minutes before I left and waited 40 MORE MINUTES after I got there. Will not go back.
