Much improved since our last visit around a year ago. The quality of food and atmosphere was great. We had bogo cheese pizza and split one and took the other home. I will say that they are MUCH better fresh than warmed over after freezing. Pizza is pretty much all we get here so I can’t comment on their other food choices. Good option for lunch.

I’ve been eating here since I was a little kid. It’s been a long time since I’ve dined in but the food has always been fantastic in my opinion.
The restaurant was packed so we were surprised at how timely our lunch was served. Food was average but very large servings. Overall, a great family restaurant.

The buy-one-get-one pizza deal is fantastic! The typical pepperoni leaves something to be desired but the Canadian bacon is great! Ranch is packaged. Fried items are about average.

This is a very good Raphael's. Very clean, good service and reasonably priced. Typical Raphael's food is offered. They don't skimp on the food and ingredients. The food is good for the money, but I didn't give it 4-5 stars because it's not that style of restaurant. It is a 5 among the Rapheal's I have eaten at, which is probably 4-5 different locations.Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options, pizza, calzones, sandwiches and salads. Not many vegan options without a bit of modification to menu items.Parking: Parking is free and easy, spaces next to restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: There are 2 accessible parking spaces next to front entrance with short ramp to front door.These spaces are not large enough for use of wheelchairs, but there are unmarked spaces further away from the door that would be van accessible.
Rafael’s is great. Simply the cleanest restaurant in 100 miles. The owner is very strict about cleaning. The front employees break down the the entire drink machine every night and sanitize is the shakers napkin holders everything, washed and sanitized. I don’t understand people giving a low rating and saying the sauce is can sauce or the meat is frozen. I promise you the owner makes sure every item is fresh and uses local farmers and meat when possible.The only “heat up food” is things like their fries and cheese sticks. The bread sticks, hours are spent make them.Yeah at times it can take longer for your meals to be cooked. I seen one person say that the girl at the counter told her that it would be 20 minutes but it was 30.. well those are humans making your food. Sometimes humans aren’t perfect. That happens with those darn humans sometimes. One day the restaurants will be ran but robots who can make sure to get everything right and one time down to the second.If you go try the Italian cheese streak. It’s the best. Also if you want they also have a wide verity of options like Tex mex and fried burritos. The sweet tea is amazing.This is a self service place. The plates are disposable and so are the cups and forks so if you need to eat off of a plate and a fork 100s of thousands people have their mouths on this is probably not the place for you .Vegetarian options: Lasagna pizza calzone salads subs manicotti and so much more
Eat here - a diamond in the rough.If you want Italian, they have great food; but don’t forget to check out the Hispanic menu too.Eating off styrofoam with plastic utensils was a downer.
