My husband and I got Taco Bell last night instead of cooking because we were worn out. I ate it, and immediately felt sick. I have been up every two hours of the night to vomit, and I have never thrown up like this before. Like projectile. Genuinely have never gotten sick from ANY food ever in my life until now. I do not know what did it but itās like absolutely terrible. Also, when my husband and I have gone at night in the past like 11 pm, they say their systems are down. One time we went 3 consecutive nights and it was the same thing every night. Employees are rude, donāt even get me started on the amount of food they have āforgottenā to put in my bag. At least 6 different occasions over the last year maybe. Idk who the manager is but they really really really need to step up, Iāve worked at multiple subways, Cracker Barrel, Walmart, food city, and more. I have never experienced a fast food place like the Taco Bell in Trenton ga.

My husband & I stopped by via the drive thru, Jonathan was the associate at the window to give us our order. Jonathan was very swift yet polite & kind, especially when I took a sip of drink, it had an taste, Jonathan listened to our problem, never even flinched, he listened, apologized & promptly offered to exchange it for a different drink, with seconds he hands us a drink & straw with a smile! Jonathan is exactly šÆ what customer service should be! Thank You!

Worst service on the weekends. Always trying to rush me at the drive thru. Not a single thing was done right on my order. If it's a grilled item they dont grill it fully it never comes out with cheese melted/grilled correctly. Most everything we got was cold and halfway melted if it had cheese so that's how I know. Just let it go all the way like wtf. The grill has a timer don't it? None of the add ons inside our burritos were right. Not even our drinks were cold. Legit no ice. Wtf. And lastly we asked for mild sauce and we got like legit 25 packs of hot sauce and Diablo sauce. Come on guys do better.

I do dodash stop or absolutely amazing they can't get busy at times and it may take a minute with you but that's expected with being busy.
Went through the drive thru .. ordered 2 10 piece chicken nuggets (along with some other food) because we wanted to try them and got home and they are burnt and hard as a brick. Tried calling store twice and no answer..

Thank God my kid didnāt choke to death from this plastic being inside his chicken quesadilla from Taco Bell in Trenton! Check yalls food because this was INSIDE IT and somehow went unnoticed by whoever the cook/packer is tonight!!! š¤¢š¤®

Kinda a average t-bell. Needs work with preparation of food, but otherwise, I'm a happy customer. The staff/servers are friendly, they keep up at a reality fast pace, and the majority of the time, food is prepared correctly.

Donāt get me wrong the food came out quick but when it came out, it seemed like it was kind of cool. It wasnāt hot. I thought it was just me when I tasted it. It didnāt taste right, but my son said the same thing. Iām not sure what was going on that. It just didnāt taste the same as I said.
