I can't make this up I ordered a large combo meal and asked for a water for my drink at drive thru. once I pulled away I realized I didn't get my water. I took my receipt in and let them know I didn't receive my water the rude older lady with glasses asked them to make me a water. They literally where pouring tap water in a cup for me. I asked for a bottled water since I paid for a drink she told me it was an extra 2.89! So basically a soda is same price as tap water! Then she got an attitude because I said that is ridiculous and told me to have a nice day in the most condescending way. They just lost mine and my entire family's business. Good job lady! Corporate greed at its finest

I came for breakfast and ordered a sausage and cheese English muffin, paid, and went to the second window. I glanced at my receipt, and saw that I was charged for a sausage, egg, and cheese muffin, which obviously costs more. Lol I asked why. I was told that what I ordered didn't exist, so I asked why it's on the menu, and had the window slammed shut in my face by the manager. Again, I will say this: LOL.

What is wrong with you? You actually want to argue with me over a $.96 egg? I'm sorry that you don't know what you're even selling and I most likely embarrassed you, but that's not my problem.

You guys are pitiful.

Friendly, fast, service. Everything correct, hot, and fresh the first time! Bathrooms clean and stocked. Fun treat on our long drive north, headed home. The cashier was super friendly and helpful. A ray of sunshine 🌞

terribly customer and food safety.... I asked for Store manager is whale is district manager's number and neither was provided. I also paid on the mobile app but was refused. A refund and told me to call customer service is if they were open
Manager Mary meets proper chain training on food safety as well as leadership listening skills. My food was made by drive through associate left. Open while knowing there are flies flying at a alarming rates Then, as I express to the front staff that I would like. My food made fresh because of the flies around the manager. Mary decides to not only reuse the food but pour the food back into Where fresh food was just made. I need to be contacted for my refine. Because using this app this is my third time. Being inconvenient without a apology about the inconvenience. u asked married to call her manager. She call her store manager and mary advised me to call her back Monday to discuss my inconvenience. Sadly wendy's will be closing soon because of poor customer service.
I would like to say whoever the front store cashier is do a awesome job handling taking orders greeting In apologize for the inconvenience wirh no help .she definitely needs to be placed in some management.
