So my husband and I were walking the area looking for some dessert options. We were curious about this place bc we had never been. So we walk up to the door & to our surprise, we see a woman working out on a peloton BEHIND the counter where the FOOD is. She was wiping her sweat with her hands and secreting BODILY fluids BEHIND the FOOD counter…. We were absolutely disgusted by this and immediately were concerned about sanitation. This is indeed unsanitary. This is NASTY. She was serving someone sweating from working out. Unacceptable, truly. We would never come here bc of this

The day I went inside it looked shady not gonna lie.The icecream was grabbed in the back with no gloves after touching technology.The cone was left out a few days because it was hard halfway.It was pretty disappointing.

We are not from this area, but choose to come here as my child wanted to try the ice cream. The staff was warm and kind. However, I’m very concerned about the cleanliness, and quality of products. The shop was dirty with toppings all over the counter, liquids everywhere, and cross contamination. I don’t like the idea of dipping or rolling my wet ice cream in the dry toppings!! That’s gross! Just use a spoon to place toppings over ice cream. Not returning.
