This was first time at this location and it was disappointing. The customer service was sub-par, I had to wait for the young man to finish a long phone order before he helped me. Even though there were at least two other employees working. The oil being used on 2/10/24 must be old because the fries and wings have a strange taste which is typically caused by using old cooking oil.

I went to this location for the first time today and the customer service was amazing!! Everyone was so sweet and my food came really quick. The cashier, I think her name was yoyo was so kind and really helped me as I tried to navigate the menu. Overall 10/10 this is definitely one of my new fav places!!

Staff were unintelligible, but friendly and — ironically — conversational.Their wings were good:I got orange chicken and Thai curry wings. Nice to find a place with something other than just the usual flavors.Oh, but they are wonderfully generous with the sauce...and I really just want enough to coat the wings. So next time I'm asking for light sauce, at the suggestion of the helpful cashier.

I placed a mobile order an hour before I got there all for my order to not be in the system at all. The people that worked there didn't seem very confident in what I should do and pretty much made it seem like I was out of luck. It would have been nice if they confidently redirected me to customer service or gave me a number to call for more information. Otherwise, the food was OK. The potato wedges weren't great.

Last minute dinner pick-up at Buffalo Wild n Go is definitely a do it again! The restaurant was was very clean with a great fresh smell. Let no to mention the customer service was given very top notch! Food was hot with great taste even once we made it home.

Ordered wings for pick up and everything was perfect. The wait time was short and the locker system is my favorite. We order here like once a month and it's always a good experience, compared to what most restaurants are offering these days. The dining/waiting area is always clean and welcoming. The staff is friendly and helpful and the wings are always delicious. We usually have a super simple order but it's so easy to mess up the simplest things, not here. The wings are cooked to perfection, not too dry or hard, not too saucy, just right! Would definitely recommend!!

Placed an online pickup order for boneless and bone in wings with fries. We ordered the boneless wings to be tossed in 3 sauces and we ended up only getting 2 of them and they were very dry and not saucy. I had called before picking up to make sure the bone in wings were extra saucy and the gentleman said he would make sure they were. When we went to pickup the order they were very dry so we had to ask them for sides of sauce to add to the wings. Some of the boneless wings were very small. The only good part of the order were the fries. Disappointed is an understatement.

Front counter person was rude and demanding when I came to pick my uber order (receipt says ATO). Once I found the confirmation number he just pushed my food aside (not towards me) amd walked off as if I was eating his precious time after he harassed me for my receipt. I'm sure people love to steal orders but some off these people have attitudes before you even open your mouth to talk to them..
