The girls at the pickup window at the drive-thru need to get their act straight... they can and will mess up your order... I had to come in the next day and the gentleman was kind enough to replace the tea that they made the mistake on but the women were unwilling to do the replacement until I actually had to stare at them and sit in the line... The service was a lot better when they had the other employees at their previous location at that intersection of Lawrenceville highway...
Food was good. All the staff was friendly but the room staff was excellent!Can't recall her name, but she works on Wednesdays. Beautiful, friendly human that deserves a big raise! ?
I had the most AMAZING experience yesterday at Chick-fil-a Hugh Howell! Kayla Marie gave us the best customer service we’ve had in a long time. WOW! She was polite, kind, and a shining example of professionalism. Chick-fil-a is lucky to have such awesome high school employees. The food was good too! :)
