The bsgels are not wrapped, just thrown in a brown bag. One bagel was hard as a rock in 24 hours. Today the jalepeno cheese bagel had no jalepenos. Otherwise if lucky you get 3 peppers.

I've visited this location several times, and my experience has been inconsistent. On some visits, the bagels have been fresh and delicious, while on others, the quality has been noticeably lacking. Consistency is important, and unfortunately, that has not been my experience with the food.
What has been consistently disappointing, however, is the iced coffee. Every time I've ordered one, it has been served lukewarm rather than properly cold. I've never encountered this issue at other coffee chains such as Dunkin or Starbucks. An iced coffee should be cold.
I hope management will focus on improving the consistency of both the food quality and the preparation of iced coffee.

Einstein’s is one of my favorites spots! I love this location everytime I’m in town. The environment is very welcoming. My favorite sandwich is the maple house but I always love to try something new! Just tried the dragon fruit lemon drop.. 10/10 recommend!!!
