Good food good life
My drinks never have a consistent taste. I wonder if the bean was changed over the last year to a cheaper option. It's just bad every time 🤔. Dunkin on Lavista taste better.
Very disappointed. I have always loved Einstein’s, I just moved to Tucker and decided to get a bagel on my way to work. I was the only car in the drive thru, it was around 10:30am. i ordered an egg, bacon, and cheese bagel. I sat at the window for 2 minutes before someone came to the window, after she took my payment I sat for 12 more minutes and was finally handed my order. egg…cold. bacon…cold. bagel…stale and cold. Safe to say i won’t be returning.
I had the experience of being serviced by Alana and her service never goes unnoticed as she always makes sure that my food is fresh and she always make sure the customer service is top tier.I definitely want to highlight her as a shining star employee and just let her know to keep up the good work!!
Had a doctor appt in the area so was able to pick up a dozen bagels. I was there before 11 am so was pleasantly surprised that there were still plenty of varieties to choose from. Now they just need to offer salt bagels...

This used to be one of my favorite breakfast spot on my way to work but it has gone down the hill over the years. In the past month, I have ordered from here several times from this location and sadly each time, there will be something missing in my order. Today I ordered a simple Ham & Swiss Egg sandwich and what I received was a dry and burned sandwich :(
Sweet sweet ladies who know how to brighten your mood
Didn’t follow order instructions. Now I’m on my way to the hospital after a severe anaphylactic reaction. Called store repeatedly for literally 70 minutes and they’re still not picking up. Though they’d like to know they almost killed a mother this morning. No way to contact them aside from a phone they don’t answer. Hopefully they’ll answer when my legal gets in touch.
