Einstein’s is one of my favorites spots! I love this location everytime I’m in town. The environment is very welcoming. My favorite sandwich is the maple house but I always love to try something new! Just tried the dragon fruit lemon drop.. 10/10 recommend!!!
I found some type of fruit fly on the spinach that came with the bagel unfortunately. I'd share a picture but I can't find the option where to post it at. Not cool.
Don't expect to funish your food any minute after 2:00. They will kick you out in the middle of your meal with no concern. Turn the light out & be rude to your face if you have a problem with it. And they won't tell you when you order before 2:00 that you need to get it to-go or finish before 2. Cause they couldn't care less & will snark sass at you as you leave mad.

Firstly I almost never leave reviews but I absolutely had to after my negative experience. I order a wheat bagel in the drive through just to wait 15 minutes in the drive through to find out they didn’t have wheat bagels. The cashier offered me another bagel and I agreed just to wait another 10 minutes for that bagel to be made. After the bagel had been given to me after a 25 minute wait, I no longer felt like it would be fair for me to wait this long and pay for a bagel I didn’t even order. So I asked for a refund in which the manger took an additional 5 minutes to do so. She did not give me my refund directly to my card and gave me cash instead and demanded the bagel back before she gave me a refund. The managers were very rude and not understanding at all. I wasted 30 minutes with horrible service and did not receive the bagel that I came for. I do not recommend this unorganized location.

I'm extremely disappointed in the quality of service at this Einstein's. I was on the phone with my girlfriend this morning when she pulled into Einstein's drive-thru for a toasted Asiago bagel with onion chive cream cheese and a strawberry smoothie. This was around 8:10 am this morning.
The window attendant was a pushy girl too concerned with the conversation between she and her colleague to offer accurate service. As my girlfriend tried to order her food, the girl kept rushing her, cutting her off. There were no other cars in the drive-thru line.
After paying, my girlfriend left only to realize too late that the girl had given her an onion bagel with sour cream cheese. Adding to the wrong order is the fact that the bagel was stale, hard and inedible.
My gf was unable to return to the store immediately as she was on her way to work. She was not given a receipt either, only her change.
After four attempts to call the store, we haven't been able to reach anyone. Instead we've received automated voices telling us that they are too busy to answer the phone.
The worse part is that we really like this Einstein's. But when you have your heart set on something, pay for it, don't get what you paid for, and are given bad customer service on top of it all, you'll be less likely to go back to that place again.

My drinks never have a consistent taste. I wonder if the bean was changed over the last year to a cheaper option. It's just bad every time 🤔. Dunkin on Lavista taste better.
Very disappointed. I have always loved Einstein’s, I just moved to Tucker and decided to get a bagel on my way to work. I was the only car in the drive thru, it was around 10:30am. i ordered an egg, bacon, and cheese bagel. I sat at the window for 2 minutes before someone came to the window, after she took my payment I sat for 12 more minutes and was finally handed my order. egg…cold. bacon…cold. bagel…stale and cold. Safe to say i won’t be returning.
I had the experience of being serviced by Alana and her service never goes unnoticed as she always makes sure that my food is fresh and she always make sure the customer service is top tier.I definitely want to highlight her as a shining star employee and just let her know to keep up the good work!!
Had a doctor appt in the area so was able to pick up a dozen bagels. I was there before 11 am so was pleasantly surprised that there were still plenty of varieties to choose from. Now they just need to offer salt bagels...
