I purchased the Hibiscus Kiss tea. Monday's (8/9/2021) order had an ill-fitting lid, which spilled in the car and on me. I told the rep today (8/12/2021) and he said he'd bet Monday's tea was probably hot. Really?! He vowed to correct today's order. Realizing I had another ill-fitting lid, I decided to transfer the tea to a cup. This was definitely an unexpected surprise. I called the store three times.
