Nothing to write home about, it’s Dunkin. Most of the staff is friendly. Sometimes service is slow and other days it moves really fast, guess that depends on who’s working. My only issue is that there are NEVER any napkins in the bag. 9 times out of 10 it’s a curbside pickup so I don’t go inside. I just think it’d be common sense to put napkins in the bag.

My coffee tasted like water. She remade and it still tasted like water. Im disappointed in the staff for saying im the only one complaining 😕 that should not have been said at all. I told her that I bought coffee yesterday as well and it tasted like water but I just kept it . She refunded the order which was fine. She also offered a refund after remaking the drink (so thanks).

OMG. I go here pretty frequently because they know me. It feels like a family setting. Uriah is my DUNKIN' CRUSH and she always makes sure I'm greeted and taken care of. I love this place.

I stopped by this Dunkin for my daily fix of iced coffee and had to use the restroom quickly before I ordered. I use the mobile app all the time but decided to use scan and pay for my points. I asked for the bathroom code as I really needed to use the bathroom before I ordered. The employee (William) told me I had to make a purchase before I was given the code and he barked that order to me loudly a second time. I told him I order at least twice daily from Dunkin on Boulevard and N Druid Hills 5 days a week. I wont be coming back I don't look disheveled or unkept as to require a purchase before ordering . I was a loyal daily cuscustomer but no more.

All the employees are very nice and pleasant. They've always gotten my order right, and everything tastes great!
Upon entering the store I wasn't acknowledged at all. There were about 6 people working in the Drive-Thru , but no one at the front counter. VAfter just standing there I had to ask the drive through staff if someone could take my order. One worker made a hand motion to a woman I had just seen outside with a broom in her hand. She proceeds to the counter and puts a single finger up as if to say hold on. I think she was going to put the broom down and come wait on me. Absolutely not! I work hard for my money I know it's only a $3 coffee,but I expect good service regardless. Not being acknowledged was bad enough, but thinking you're going to make my coffee with dirty hands is crossing the line! She actually seemed irritated like I interrupted her. Do better Dunkin Donuts. The drive thru service has been ok in the past, but this experience left a bad impression and I won't go back to that location. Spend your money where you're valued. The customers matter!

I would've given them a 5 out of 5 but the coffee lately has tasted a little weak like more water than coffee it was still good just not great like normal. The avocado toast i got was excellent as well as the munchkins. Great customer service

I’ve been to this location maybe 4 or 5 times since I don’t live in the area and every time I go in, my mind is blown away by how DELICIOUS their food is! Growing up in New England, I get very nostalgic about this location. We’ve visited dozens of other DK donuts locations in GA and we don’t understand why the food is SO DIFFERENT? Whatever it is you’re doing, keep it up!
