I tried cooking here because my favorite local donut shop doesn't have powdered doughnuts. For whatever reason the kid didn't want to give me an Apple Fritter "saying those aren't included". Does this place not want money? I left without anything because I'd prefer to give my money to local businesses that appreciate our business.

The same gloves she used to change the trash I watched her pick up food and place in bags with.

I ordered the meal deal this morning, and when I received my food, I noticed I didn’t get the correct sandwich. I had ordered a bagel, but it ended up being a croissant instead. On top of that, I was given a quarter-full bag of old, greasy tater tots. When I asked the staff why the bag wasn’t full and why the tots weren't hot, I was told, "You only get six tater tots."
I’ve never heard of counting tater tots like that, especially when most places fill the bag. I understand this is a family-owned business, but being stingy and cutting corners like this gives customers a bad experience. It makes it easy to just drive one block to Starbucks or McDonald’s for better service and quality.

We drive past a Dunkin Donuts that's about a mile from our house to this one. Coffee is consistently good unlike other locations where they pour too much cream, coffee tastes old, poor employee hygiene, poor attitude, you name it.
I wish all Dunkin Donuts were as well run, family run, with employees that are nice as this one.
Your professionalism is appreciated!
