Bobby the employee is very rude and unprofessional. He insulted and accused me of misordering on purpose several times before. I’ve been coming to this location for many years and the owners are super nice people. When I told him I will notify management he persisted to say he wasn’t scared and continued to insult me leaving a bad taste to return.

So I was not gonna do a review but more than once I’ve had some issues with this location. This time I ordered a jelly dounut and there was no jelly on the inside. The last time I had an issue, I was given a cold sausage on my sausage, egg and cheese on English muffin. They gladly replace it but they replaced it with the wrong thing. This is the closest Dunkin to me. I just really want them to get it together.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience! The customer service was truly outstanding from start to finish. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, patient, and genuinely committed to helping. They went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and that I felt valued as a customer.

Very poor customer service. Employee touched doughnut with his fingers. Staff told me owner did not care and “has their back”. As a food safety professional of 30y I would say if true this leads me to believe the owner is not committed to the safety of the food. Some investigation shows he inherited the business and is not involved, from my experience this is a bad combination for the safety of the food and there are likely other issues beyond just poor hygiene practices, but that’s just my professional experience with other food establishments owners.

If you are ever near this location, give them your business! Very friendly staff and owner/operator greets you and appreciates your patronage. I would frequent this Dunkin a couple times per week and without fail same great service. I moved out of state in 2019 and came back recently and the owner not only greeted me, but recognized me asking how I was! That shows sincerity and excellent customer service! When ever I am in Georgia, no matter the country, I will stop by to have a cup of Coffee! Keep doing what you are doing!

Nothing to write home about, it’s Dunkin. Most of the staff is friendly. Sometimes service is slow and other days it moves really fast, guess that depends on who’s working. My only issue is that there are NEVER any napkins in the bag. 9 times out of 10 it’s a curbside pickup so I don’t go inside. I just think it’d be common sense to put napkins in the bag.
