Been to this location twice super slow and unorganized. Both times ordered ahead picked a time and never on time over a 10-15 minute delay on both. Customer service seems off arguing amongst themselves on who is running the window etc. At this exact time and date, I also watched the two staff members being super rude to a customer that waited over 20 minutes for his pre order then slam the window in his face. Absolutely unacceptable and then went on to laugh and think it’s funny.

I love a good Dutch Bros stop, and this location fit all expectations.
They are always kind and efficient, with good coffee and energy drink options. It was a splendid treat for a long roadtrip home after a holiday.

VERY loud music, the staff is unprofessional the girl in the head scarf had absolutely no idea what she was doing she was so rude off the bat and unwelcoming, if they had name tags I’d be naming her myself.

Ordered online. Went to pick up. My first time trying this place and they couldn't find my order. Not busy at all but they took forever to make my coffee. Rap music blasting all the employees acted like it was a party dancing around. Pretty disappointed. I guess I'll stick with Starbucks. Pretty bad experience and I was very excited to try this place because of the sugar free options

I really wanted to give this Dutch Brothers coffee a try but what an awful experience. I waited in line for at least an half an hour, still NO coffee, no closer to the front of the line. The drive thru line process was horrible! I had to actually wait for an opening in the other line to maneuver my way out of my line to leave. I paid for the Golden Eagle and never got to experience it because of the long line. I attempted to get a refund but the walk up line was long too. Paid for nothing!

This location has a double drive through. The car in front of me was a group of four girls all paying separately. The car next to them was waiting on them the whole time because none of the workers told him to pull ahead to the window. He finally rolled down his window and asked.
Then when he finally goes- the [redacted redacted redacted] of a person next to me of course went out of turn and had 4 drinks compared to my one. That person gets to the window and is just chatting with the girl working the window and I’m just sitting in disbelief like.. do you guys not see the 20 cars waiting for drinks?
I finally get to the window, pretty frustrated but fully anticipating my drink to be done. Instead of that, I’m greeted with blaring music . Fun atmosphere- but not after I’ve been waiting for almost 15 minutes on a $3 drink that I tipped $1 on.
If you want average at best coffee made by teenagers, please look no further. I feel like I’m majorly missing something??? So sorry for cheating on my favorite mega corporation, Starbucks.
