I went to pick up an uber order today and I waited a least 5 mins before someone acknowledged me. Even then, I saw another worker pointing to me and the other worker that was next to her didn’t even ask me did I need help. Even after that, it took another 10-15 to make the order, while others came in after and got their food. Additionally, they were doing a lot of chatting and laughing as if I didn’t have nothing better to do but just wait until they were done with their conversations.

I ate at Gusto for the first time. While I wasn’t completely satisfied with the food, I have to say the customer service was excellent. I placed an online order and it was ready right on time. When I arrived, I was greeted with a smile and a warm “Can I help you?”
It wasn’t just me—they were kind and attentive with other customers as well. I especially noticed how another employee went out of their way to assist the person they were helping. That level of service truly stood out.
The customer service alone makes me want to come back and give Gusto another try.

I took my family to this location for the first time Labor Day weekend. CJ was very friendly and helpful. The food was amazing, we each got different bowls and enjoyed them. I will definitely be going again when I’m in the area.

The food was so-so and expensive for what get, but most of my complaints are not about the food per se.
One, they don't take cash. No signs are posted about this; their usual way of letting you know is to inform you after you place the order. The first time I was here, I want to pay cash and walked out after ordering because I couldn't.
The panko chicken is served in large chunks, much bigger than bite sized. So I asked the staff for a knife, as the forks are not suitable for cutting. They don't have any knives for customers. Has to cut the chicken with my pocketknife.
The bowls have a narrow base; try pinning down something with your fork in the wrong place and it tips over on your lap.
And the button for water on the soda fountain is stuck.
Lots of little details that add up, in the wrong way.

Terrible! Will never ever return. Waited a half hour for our food and watched everyone behind us receive their food when hardly anyone was there when I arrived. After 15 minutes I asked where it was and our order was nowhere to be found. I stood up there and continued to wait when the shift manager “CJ” finally decided to ask what I needed. When I explained it to him he was preoccupied getting the people after me’s food out to them and couldn’t have cared less about ours. He said he didn’t know what happened and continued to help others and to go food. I finally asked him to pack it up to go because I needed to get back to work. Waited another 10 minutes. For a “shift manager” CJ needs better training on how to handle situations like these because he handled it very poorly. Will never return.

Gusto! Me yesssss!!! ☺️ I absolutely love this place and the lady who also works with the elderly has the best customer service ever!!! She’s patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and has a great personality! She doesn’t rush you and she will help you out with different choices. I think my favorite is still the Polynesian Mango Chili bowl it is so delicious and the flavors all mesh together perfectly. I need to try the ginger jerk chicken bowl but I’ve been in a straight chokehold with the Polynesian mango chili bowl 😩🥰 Definitely check them out and the place is so bright and colorful with that yellow, that even if you’re having a bad day, the aesthetic and colors alone is bound to help cheer you up some 💛 and the sweet potato chips 🤤🤤🙃

I usually go to the Decatur location but this one is closer to me and I always regret giving it a try. They ALWAYS forget parts of the order and give small portions. You shouldn’t be able to see the bottom of a $13 bowl after two small bites. It’s so frustrating. I don’t know what the issue is with this one. They need serious pointers from the Decatur store.
