Here on biz looking for an early breakfast. Most IHOPs are mid to fair with few excellent. This one is well below average. It’s deserving of its review score. Walked in at 5:30 and no one in sight. After about 2 min I loudly asked if anybody here and a waitress popped out of booth and a cook showed up. The place is in dire need of renovation… ok… but does not excuse the cleanliness. Sorry no photos, I hadn’t planned on doing a review, but felt I needed to. The service was very good, but the food portion were small for what you pay for in the specialty dishes like French toast and crepes, as well as the 55+ menu. My one piece of French toast and bacon was ridiculous. My wife’s eggs, bacon, hash browns and toast was a better deal for 70 cents more. Interior is small and boots are cramped. Ordered the classic burger with fries on 8.27.25 via doordash from the Lavista Rd location. I could not eat the fries because they were extremely over-salted. Not sure if it just happened to be my order but next time I will definitely need to request no salt. Other than that, the burger was delish. I would have given a higher rating but it was a waste of money and disappointing not being able to eat the fries.
