I had the worse experience at Jersey Mike. I walked in and heard a quiet welcome. The customer service was awful. The guy was making my sandwich and said welcome to someone who walked in so quiet I did not know what he said. I said, " Did you say something?" he said I was talking to the lady that walked in the door. She could not hear him because I could not hear him. He put my food on the counter and when the other guy put the paper down he did not use it. Please...

Came about an hour before closing and managed to beat the closing rush - Rashad made the experience though. Friendly and easy going, he handled our order efficiently and correctly, and hilariously entertained everyone in line as he prepped fresh veggies for us. Wife and I stayed and dined-in off the good energy alone.

I had stop going to this location because it was awful! I read a recent review to give it another because of new management and I’m glad I did!!! Everything and everyone were exceptional!!!
