The food at this location is always good and I like how you can order from a tablet for people coming for the first time. I had Daniel as my server and he was very helpful explaining the menu. I would definitely recommend this place if you like buffet style dining.

Daniel was amazing ⭐️!!!! He was a straight up vibe, super sweet, super nice, loved his energy! And was super chill when we were originally gonna order drinks @ the bar but our table came up, just for him to be our server! Will be back again

Daniel was our best server! I absolutely love the atmosphere of this place. It definitely did not disappoint and had me full and happy. It was clean organized and staff was very friendly ☺️

Had a great time no complaints at all! Went with 4 of my friends for the New Year and we had a great time. Our server Daniel was incredible, very prompt, didn’t have to wait long for anything. Excellent service, would definitely come again!

Food was good. Being with my family is always wonderful. Daniel our waiter was friendly and attentive. We ordered 2 servings of a particular meat but only received 1 serving. Nonetheless the food was good and the night out with my family was wonderful.

Terrible server did not pay attention to us at all. Thankful the other young ladies tried to help. Then to be so greedy and dishonest. New years eve is not a holiday New years Day is so to charge dinner prices during lunch on a non holiday is absolute greed. We will not be back!

Dinner is slightly on the pricier side , but not complaining about it.

Food selections for dinner are good. The appetizers , condiments , fruits and sauces bar is worth the money

Better quality ingredients , vegetables , seafood items and meats. Shrimp was large and fresh

The hotpot broths were very flavorful. Ginger and garlic added subtle flavors The broths didn’t taste like they came from a carton. 👌

A good dining experience to have with family. May have to be extra careful with little children at the hot table.

The restrooms were clean.

Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. We visited Thursday 18 Dec 2025 after my daughter’s college graduation. Half of our 8 person party had never eaten at Kpot. Anna our server was patient and attentive . She allowed the newbies to take their time and she made our dining experience pleasant. Thank you so much for a wonderful time, great food, and top tier service.
