We came here for lunch with my kids and had a fun, one-time experience. The first issue is that we had to pay for hot pot and bbq for everyone at the table, even though my husband is the only one who wanted (and ate) bbq. Second, the tables aren’t really long enough to safely handle a high chair - I spent the whole meal keeping my baby away from the hot plates and bbq pit. The hot bar food was clearly left out too long under the warmer, and the broth was not flavored well with too much fish oil. Overall, my kids enjoyed the experience but the food was forgettable and the logistics make it undesirable for a family with small children.

The notion, mere suggestion of imposing a “waste fee” is absurd and grossly offends me! Think of all the buffet/all you can eat places; even higher end such as Fogo…. I’ve never been presented with such foolishness. 1st experience of bbq and server was helpful. That’s something to state in the beginning not at the very end, especially to newbies. I paid for both bbq & hot bowl. The hot bowl base was entirely too spicy ( I didn’t complain, I ordered it but I paid for that !) They had already made a killing off of us. The audacity to tell a customer that is paying, they would have to finish everything presented, was utterly appalling.
To be clear:::: nothing was completely untouched. I nor my son are children, we ate.

That ruined an otherwise pleasant experience, it’s unfortunate I would have loved to be a repeat customer. The location is convenient but there are many of other options. I’m completely turned off and would never step foot back inside!

**We spent $78 that included a $10 tip for lunch and left unhappy.

Overall really loved this experience!! They had great selection for both hotpot and Korean bbq and they had a great sides bar and dessert options. All you can eat is always fun. I had the miso soup for the hotpot base and loved it. Also highly recommend coming on your actual birthday because they let you eat free after they check your ID. Overall great experience and looking forward to going back soon!!

There were three of us. We got the hotpot/korean bbq combo. It came up to like $120-40 something. Two stars because the atmosphere was nice, there was seaweed salad, and we were sat quickly.

Atmosphere was nice. Food was mediocre. The sliced beef was thin as hell and the portion size was very small. Had to keep waiting for the waitress to come back around to ask for more. They also have tablets on the table for you to order meat yourself but they don’t let first time customers use it so you’re forced to keep waiting and asking the waitress for food which I think is stupid 😵‍💫. The hotpot was mediocre. You get a tiny pot and you put it on the burners on the table instead of having the broth in the middle of the table. Not real hot pot like I was expecting so that was already a letdown. Service was mediocre. There were three of us and the waitress kept giving us the wrong stuff even though she took the order. When I said for her to have a good one as I was leaving she looked at me like I was dumb after I had just tipped her for doing nothing.

I suggest going to Iron Age in Toco Hills if you want good Korean bbq and looking for a real hot pot restaurant, not this place.

Parking: It’s a big shopping center parking lot. Lots of parking.

My husband and I have been to a lot of KPOT locations although this was our first time in Tucker the food was great but the service from our waiter was terrible it wasn’t our first time and we know how much we can eat he told us not to order to much food because we would possibly leave it he knew it wasn’t our first time and I am very conscious about not wasting food they give you 2 hours to eat we only had less than 1 hour and he asked us many times if we were ready to pay we definitely do not recommend this place! I still think Columbus Georgia has the best KPOT I forgot to mention we paid for both (hot pot and bbq)

I finally tried KPot with some friends. The restaurant is huge, clean and modern. We added the hotpot option which is a no brainer. Meat quality was fairly good which was nice. I was told that overall quality of meats has been declining at other AYCE places. The pork belly was pretty thin which was disappointing but I’m thinking that’s because you can either grill or cook in the hotpot. Vegetables were fresh and good looking as well. They had a large selection of sauces and some prepared foods in the back. All in all, we paid $35 per person plus tax which, in this day and age, is a pretty good deal for something like this. The only thing I wish were better was the level of service. I don’t think they had enough servers and when they deliver your meats, they just drop them off on the table without any explanation or identifying which is which. After a couple rounds of orders, they stopped coming around. I’m not sure if they just got too busy or they delay your orders so you leave. I’m not sure. Also, we had to ask the servers about the sauce bar because they never told us. Overall, it was a good experience.

Parking: Lots of parking.

Kid-friendliness: It’s loud and chaotic so kids will fit right in.

Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is huge with a plenty of space between tables.

The food was subpar compared to their other locations. The meat was very thinly sliced, and it seemed very cheap.

The food was pretty good. The side option bar was nice. We love Korean bbq but unfortunately our waitress and the staff made it a bad experience. We were not even greeted as we walked in, the (what looked like) manager and front desk were complaining about seating a large party. When we sat down our waiter was very stoic and never explained what the iPad was even for, I just pushed it off to the side. When he came around for our order they kept bringing out things we didn't order. Overall I probably would go to another Korean bbq then back there

We had a great time until extortion set in. I am in the sustainability and regenerative field for my career. They spoke of a food waste charge if we didn’t eat all of the food. This is what they say in the beginning at least. We are vegetarian/pescatarians so the staff told us we wouldn’t get the same value since we don’t eat meat up front. This was our Valentine’s Day dinner experience, so we decided to proceed. Particularly because they spoke of a sustainable measure for food waste.

We proceeded to eat, the food was great that we cooked. However, I had to take a work zoom call and was getting full so I asked for the other half of my Hot pot soup to go. They then proceeded to say it was $15 to take the rest of my miso broth and vegetable soup to go (I’m vegetarian). Nothing was said up front about this. We paid nearly $100 with tip for two hot pots and I had a little less than 1/2 my soup left. This is not a sustainability initiative and instead is extortion. This ruined our otherwise great experience. Had they said this in the beginning, honestly we would have had a different date night. Unfortunately, them lying about the food waste charge- which is not the case, because they threw away the food that I didn’t take home. So now you’re contributing to food waste further and charging $32 per person to make their own soup as is… highway robbery!

Dietary restrictions: Very limited vegetarian options

Kid-friendliness: This may not be advisable for younger kids since you cook the food and have a hot stove on your table. For middle school and older, great option for an experience but very pricey!

This is a really good place and love to go with my friends to eat but the server was really bad. I won’t say her name but definitely want to put a little effort if you want to have your tip. I was a server before and even if I had a bad day, I never put my bad day on to someone. I like to go to KPot in Vinings, but as my first time experiencing this location, I doubt going back to this one. I invited all my friends to try it out for the first time and the service was the first impression they had. Treat costumers like you would like servers to treat you as well.

I was expecting more. It was a large group and we all ordered, but the food was brought out too slow way too slow. We were sitting more than we were eating and cooking.

The food here was superb but the reason for my 4 star rating is because the Boba had no flavor (got Thai tea and it had no Thai tea flavoring)
