This location is abandoned as of 5/29/2024, if not earlier. The drive thru has been ripped out and the store is gutted. I have tried to set this location as permanently closed, but McDonald’s has fought back on this even though the store is abandoned, they refuse to admit to it.

I mobile ordered, which also means I paid for my food upfront. When I arrived I sat in a short line of cars (double-drive thru, 3 cars each) for a couple minutes before we were all told their system was "down" and they could "not take any orders." Asking about my mobile order they said they couldn't see it and apologized. Not very helpful, but at least polite. After submitting a customer service ticket to have my funds refunded, I'm referred back to the store for a refund. The store already said they couldn't see the order. This isn't helpful nor great service, McDonald's location on La Vista.

I don’t eat McDonald’s like that but the 1 time I stopped here because I was super hungry it was a mess. Went through drive thru, ordered a double cheeseburger. I pulled in a parking space to check my food and the paper wrapper was dripping in oil thus the burger being supper oily. I looked at the bottom bun and it was as flat as the meat patty and was burnt. I mean BURNT. I hate this place, this location and y’all need to do better. Why would you even hand that to someone?
One person for both windows and probably the food as well. Very nice guy but the burger was cold, very cold. Fries were hot no salt.

Unfortunately after I drove off and unwrapped my double cheeseburger I discovered that my bun was beyond toasted, but instead burnt to a crisp and flat as the wrapper!! Like why not just toss it in the trash! Why did they use it and serve it to a paying customer! Needless to say, I was pissed. No bun...just meat and it was a messy mess! My half and half tea was good though! Oh and the lady at the window where I paid was super friendly and upbeat, but I really wanted a hot and fresh cheeseburger!
