I've only stopped here a few times simply because I had a craving for teriyaki chicken rice and vegetables.
(FYI, there will be a lot of grammatical errors.)
The staff is always friendly, no one ever makes you feel rushed and they certainly don't attempt to serve you any food that appears old. Even though I had to wait because some new rice was going to be prepared and placed into my bowl, they offered me a beverage while I waited. They did not have to do that. Yep they did šš¾šš¾šš¾

Watch out. See picture.
Panda Express has changed without a doubt. We had the orange chicken "premium" as one of the selections and it seemed not to be much of a "premium"as advertised. Plus, the orange chicken was spicy and we all know orange chicken is not to be spicy. I don't eat spicy. Very disappointing.
The service was okay, but could improve because I was next in line and as I was getting ringed up the cashier got distracted by attending the mobile order pick customers verifying the names to the orders.
Ambiance was okay while we were there until leaving and receiving a fraud activity alert.

They charge extra for steak and wonāt give you any. They give you a lot of mushrooms to save the steak.

I went to two Panda Express locations in the same night. The first one didn't have a lot of items prepared. The selection of food was limited. The second location that I went to had a long line going to the door and it was moving very slow. They too did not have a few items that were on the menu prepared but it was understood because it seemed they were very busy.

I havenāt had Panda Express in a long time. Normally Iām not a huge fan of Americanized Chinese food, but Iāve been craving it lately. I got a plate with lo me in, orange chicken, and Beijing beef. I think entrees vary by location because some of the in store ines werenāt reflected on the website.
The lo mein was bland and couldāve used more soy sauce or any type of sauce. The orange chicken and Beijing beef werenāt hot or as crispy as Iād like. I also decided to add 3 crab Rangoons for $2 as a treat. It tasted good with sweet and sour sauce.
The workers were very nice and thorough. For example, the Asian lady at the register spoke so kindly and asked me several questions like do I want a water cup or do I want any sauces. Surprisingly, the restaurant was clean. There werenāt any crumbs or stains at the booth I sat at. They have a big parking lot right next to the store.
Wheelchair accessibility: Thereās another entrance without steps
Cindy is always a pleasant experience when she is working. She always has a smile on her face and greets you with kindness.

Everything was excellent except the noodles were a bit dry. The rest of the food was fresh, hot and flavorful. The noodles were a minor thing. Also very generous portions.
The restaurant, including washrooms was very clean, and service friendly.

The chowmein has nothing but OIL! I donāt know why these damn chinese restaurants use so much oil! And the brown rice must be from China because thereās all kinds of black pebbles in the brown rice! And all chinese restaurants puts that chemical MSG in the food. Donāt believe the signs that says, āNo MSG!ā Try eating chinese food with no MSG, itāll taste like garbage!
Food was old and cold everything tasted like it was from yesterday ?????

Customer service, The food was excellent very clean environment

So I got my food to go and realized once I opened it up, it had a piece of hair in it
Grey to be exact. I took it back and showed the picture to one of the staff. The attitude about it was less that customer service. It was more as if I was a bother to her. She said the manager wasn't there so I can get something else or come back later when the manager was there. I just got 5 egg rolls equivalent to the order. I realize that sometimes even restaurants have not so good days, but great attitude and customer service will draw your customers back. Not in this situation! Bad day, and bad attitude? Sorry, but I've patronized your facility for the last time.
