I would eat grub worms out of the parking lot before I gave this place my business!! Went to pick up an online order scheduled for pickup at 10pm and they made it at 10am and trashed it. They didn’t even cancel the order! Tried to get them to remake it when I arrived at 10pm and the guy told me he didn’t like being rushed!! He made me cancel the previous online order for a refund and said he had to ring it all up again but wouldn’t give me the $22 online discount. He expected...read full review
It took one hour & 20 minutes to get our pizza delivered. Then it was cold. We tried to call the store and they put us on hold and never picked up the phone. Sorry pizza. Even Worse service.
I'm so very done with Papa John's. I tried to order a pizza with points tonight and would have required by the site to order another $10 of stuff I didn't want or need to even place the order. I didn't. You have raised the delivery fee twice in the last 6 months, now $3.75, and now have added a delivery minimum. That delivery fee does not go to the drivers but it does lower their tips significantly. You are making rules that lower your drivers ability to make money so the only...read full review
