One of two of my favorite Popeyes restaurants and DeKalb county the manager is very hospitable and respectable keeps it clean and your food looks as pictured

When you serve spicy chicken to people who have asked for mild chicken because you're too lazy to cook chicken in your nasty establishment and when I say nasty I mean unclean you should look at the employees they look like they've been out back in the mud I have acid reflux I will be suffering for the next three days because you decided to give me spicy chicken instead of regular like I requested I've got two pieces of regular and one piece of spicy due to the fact that you are lazy can't do your job as are requested the manager at this place should be fired

Quick and delicious

I visited Popeyes in Tucker, GA on June 18, 2026, around 9:00 PM, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.

My family and I waited in the drive-thru for about 20 minutes in the rain before anyone acknowledged us. An employee eventually informed us that their card system was down and they could only accept cash. We told them that was fine because we had cash.

After that, there was complete silence. We waited another 10 minutes repeatedly saying “hello” into the speaker, but no one responded. We then drove up to the window and tried again, calling out for assistance. While waiting, we could clearly see a young man and other employees inside playing paper basketball and ignoring us despite hearing us.

No one came to take our order or even acknowledge us, so we eventually left without being served.

This experience was extremely frustrating and a complete waste of our time. If there are system issues, communication and customer service should still be a priority. The staff’s lack of professionalism and disregard for customers was disappointing. Popeyes can and should do better.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Popeyes location. When I walked in, no one greeted me or acknowledged my presence. I stood at the front counter for about five minutes waiting for service. Eventually, an employee came to the register, never looked at me, pressed a few buttons on the screen, a ticket printed out, and then she walked away without saying a single word. It seemed like she may have been clocking out or going on break, but there was absolutely no communication.

After waiting even longer, I finally had to call out, “Is anyone here?” Another employee came to the front and said she didn’t know what was going on or why no one wanted to work. That response was just as frustrating as the lack of service.

Unfortunately, there always seems to be some kind of issue at this particular location. Customer service is consistently poor, and there appears to be little to no management oversight. This store needs better-trained employees and a manager actively present to ensure customers are being helped. Very irritating experience.

I always order ahead and I get there to pick up my order and it takes over 30 minutes to get my order. The guy with the wrap is always polite but today a big guy with tattoos was acting like he was on Friday the movie. Very rude and unprofessional. I asked for the store manager and he shrudded his shoulders saying he didn’t know. He told me to go back to the white line because it was being bagged up and I still had to wait more than 5 minutes while other cars were being served. Tried speaking to a male manager and he was rude saying that he was waiting on my Cole slaw. After having to go inside the store, the store was dirty. I wasted money on food. The trash was the best option. Just unsatisfactory.

Good food. Good staff. Was busy so there was a wait on food. Wasn't too bad. Thought staff handled it well.

Went yesterday evening ate their chicken for dinner and was immediately throwing up this morning horrible place horrible smell no way the past health inspection I’ll never eat here again in life I would rather starve

Friendly staff but why don’t they have the health score on the drive thru window?

The Staff here aren’t really warm and hospitable. I witnessed them conflict, resolute situation involving irate male. I definitely recommend that you come here and eat.

Just wondering why it says this place opens at 10am and by 10:30am, it’s still not open? I had to cancel my order

Absolutely horrible horrible service do not come to this location please save your money and avoid this place

This gotta be one of the worst locations
