I arrived to pickup an online order only to have to wait 20mins for someone to assist me. There were 5 people behind the counter and everyone was all over the place! Behind the counter with all of the coffee ingredients/supplies look very unorganized and messy! This is my least favorite location of all. Super busy and highly dysfunctional!

Fast service even though they were extremely busy. My drink was made perfectly. Everyone was smiling & upbeat.
I always stop by to buy coffee and drinks for my daughter and today, 01/25/24, I didn't like the service. They overcharged me at this store. And just by ordering a drink without ice I have never had any problems until today, what a disappointment. I am a frequent customer, but I will not buy from this store again.

Not so good.I ordered a pumpkin chai tea.Just for extra pumpkin sauce I was charged $1.00.The chai tea drink wasn't made right at first because I indicated oatmilk.The drink had to be remade. I do not believe I got my extra pumpkin sauce although I was charged $1.00. highway robbery
