I come to this Starbucks nearly every day and get the same thing nearly every day. Any time Asia takes my order, she gets it wrong. Every single time. I’m only posting this review in the hopes that management will stop having her take orders. Today I just left and went to Dunkin. Starbs is my preference but it’s awesome to get what I actually order.

I arrived to pickup an online order only to have to wait 20mins for someone to assist me. There were 5 people behind the counter and everyone was all over the place! Behind the counter with all of the coffee ingredients/supplies look very unorganized and messy! This is my least favorite location of all. Super busy and highly dysfunctional!
