I placed an order for sausage egg and cheese biscuit with the hash rounds the $9 and some change plate when we got our food back to the room and looked at our food there was no eggs and our hashbriwns were cold. The food was ordered it right there in the waffle house and she handed it to me . There's no way the food should have been cold upon reaching our destination which was 4 minutes away.

Usually this waffle house is great but after the renovation theyve prioritized mobile and to-go orders than the patrons inside. Today we, a party of two, waited for AN HOUR for our food while the kitchen and staff made countless to-go orders. The food came out in pieces and most was cold before the sandwiches were done. We should have left like others did, but we were hungry and determined to have waffle house.
If you cant handle to-go and in house service, then get rid of to-go. The customers inside should always be priortiy. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a waffle house. Will not be back.
