Store closed well before 2am. It was 11pm and I had already placed a mobile order, but when I pull up to the wendys they say they are closed yet 5 people in there just chilling. Currently still waiting for refund to be processed.

Went to dine in for breakfast and there was absolutely no one there. I was so excited to try Wendy’s breakfast for the first time and this is the ONLY Wendy’s I’ve ever had an issue at. Many lights didn’t work inside. No one (that’s if there was someone there) attended us. The experience almost felt eerie. Because there was only one other car in the parking lot. When me and I went back to our car we saw a car in drive through drive off furiously.

Messed up the order and had an attitude about changing it ...got another sandwich made and guess what? The sandwich had no cheese.... yall just go to the cookout next door cause this was a waste

It's fast food, not expected to be particularly good. But this review is about this particular location. Pitiful. It is close to the nursing home where a family member lives and she loves a Frosty. So I go. The wait time is usually ridiculous, and they are often either out of something or a machine, like the Frosty macker or the coffee pot, is broken. They never seem to care or act embarrassed about the poor service and lack of menu items. If there were another option I would never go back.

They don't have very good customer service. The line can be short or non existent and they take forever to take your order. Sometimes they don't even tell they'll be with you shortly, they just let you sit at the drive thru speaker until you say something to them.

It took a few minutes before they got up to the counter did not ask if we wanted it for here or to go just stuck in a bag then I started thinking maybe they don’t do trays here anymore and then I saw a bunch of them. There’s about six other customers in the place that all had food and bags sitting inside eating. What does that tell you I really don’t blame the employees I blame the manager for allowing this to happen not to mention they had stuff scattered on a few tables for promotional items and they have not put up yet don’t know why they would even try to do that during lunchtime. Oh wait, maybe it causes never anyone in there. It could’ve been cleaner and their food was definitely not fresh. The meat on my burger look like it was cooked yesterday and the french fries were cold. Mr. Thomas would turn over in his grave.
The place looked deserted and closed. They were actually opened and the person taking our order was not professional at all and took working there apparently as a joke as we could hear all of their conversation with others over the speaker that was not work related. We were going to pull off but decided to order anyway. The nuggets looked disgusting and barely cooked so we threw them away. We will never return to this Wendy's! Yuck!!

Came by at 11 pm , Girl at the window couldn’t be worse at her job. Legit incompetent. Walking around the parking lot trying to pick fights and had me waiting for over 20 minutes . Acted dumb saying she couldn’t find my order and to top it all off gave me the wrong order. Like I said saying she is useless would be a compliment.

I see why nobody is ever in line at this location!! I gave them 2 trys and they failed. The food is cold and stale! Like they give u food that has been sitting for hours. DONT EAT HERE EVER. GO NEXT DOOR💯💯💯💯
