I ordered delivery from here today through DoorDash which I rarely ever do. Every Wendy’s I have been to I’ve asked for a toy for 3 and under for my daughter and they always give us one marked 3 and up it got so frustrating that I gave up any hope they would ever get it right. This location gave us the three and under toy!! They also got everything else in our order correct and despite being delivery our food was still hot. Also I ordered a coke and it taste perfect.
Been coming here for lunch recently. Food is fresh, made correctly and they are fairly quick compared to elsewhere. Definitely lacking in customer service but these days it's a miracle to get your food right anywhere so I'm absolutely coming back!
I have been a customer at this Wendy's for three years...it has got the worst service in the STATE OF GA!! Slow.slow service and food is not always fresh! I don't think they train the staff adequately.No customer service skills at all.
