Make reservations because it fills up. Definitely sit outside They are great about you getting there early and just kind of hanging out so you get to see the sunset. Later in the evening after the sunset, they have a musician come in and he was fantastic. The food is so so. Had the fried flounder and it was way overcooked. The sauce on the flounder was uninspired and really did not compliment the fish at all. For such an extensive drink menu, the drinks were just OK nothing special. The Keylime pie, which they said was ordered by everyone was really bad. Key lime is incredibly tart and distinctive, We couldn’t wait to have the Keylime pie and we even ordered two pieces to take home with us. I could not even taste lime at all.. I really wanted to love our experience there, but the food was a letdown. The service was friendly and the view is really pretty. If that’s what you’re looking for you’re going to hit the jackpot. If it’s a culinary delight that you were looking for you will not find it here. It’s not bad it’s just not very good

This place was a great find. It is on the water tucked in a marina. There was live music and all outside seating. I had the bacon and chicken quesadilla and it was tasty.

They had signs that said things along the lines of “kill liberals” hanging up in their lobby. We are not even huge into left or right wings but the open hate towards one group or the other was definitely off putting; we left and went to another nearby restaurant. Was with my wife, baby and family.

Bad vibes here. Hostess was rude this evening when we went in. Was told there would be a 30-40 minute wait and we sat there for atleast 25 minutes watching multiple families get seated on patio. We ended up leaving and going to pier 16 where the service is always outstanding! 🥰

This is one of my happy places when I visit the island. Good food, great views of the back river, especially at sunset.

Always love going to AJs. Service can be slow due to insufficient staff but they are always pleasant. Views are so peaceful.

Great food, friendly staff, especially the bartender (shout out to D!). Wonderful views, the sunsets are superb. There are two (free) parking lots to accompany guests. I had the local catch (snapper w/buerre blanc, topped with crab). The crab stew was thick and delicious!! The inside searing is small but the deck accommodates large groups. If you want sunset seating at the outside tables, you really should make a reservation. I sat inside at the bar with some locals and some tourists and just had a wonderful night. Go!!

Heavy into seafood. If you do not like seafood or are allergic, pass on this one. Great sunset views.

Food was mediocre at best. Place looked and felt like it hadn't been improved in 20 years. If you need to use the restroom you better hold it cause it was absolutely disgusting. Just go elsewhere.
