Boardwalk Ice Cream

Ice cream was delicious with a large selection of interesting flavors and generous portions. Excellent customer service from the young girl behind the counter, very friendly and engaging.

My son wanted some ice cream so the family and I decided to check this place out. My son ordered chocolate ice cream while I tried the panda ice cream. We enjoyed it very much. It was a cute little spot and had a variety of flavors and chocolates. The outdoor seating was nice to eat ice cream and people watch. The cashier was friendly and even was patient enough to wait for my son to order his own.

Neat little ice cream shop close to the beach. Maybe a tad on the pricey side, otherwise a nice place with good ice cream.

YUM!!!! Visited 7/13/24 while on Tybee Island. The ice cream was yummy on a hot, humid day. Very convenient to the beach, pavilion, pier and public parking. Staff was friendly and prices weren’t outrageous. Check this place out when you’re on Tybee!

I came into Boardwalk IceCream this morning (July 1, 11am) to see if there were non dairy options for my friend. The 2 amazingly courteous and professional young men that were working the counter let me know about the Italian ice. She didn't end up getting anything (just because of not being hungry,) but I got the cappuccino swirl? I think? Anyway, it was amazing. But, what impressed me most about this place was the guys working. Seriously, how many teens/young people do you see lately with a GENUINE big smile, and enthusiasm about giving good customer service? They seemed to really love making people happy. And, that made ME happy to have come here :)

My girls love going for ice cream when we visit Tybee and our former favorite place had changed ownership. This place was perfect!!!! Service was stellar, ice cream choices were delicious, serving sizes were just right not us!!! We went twice and will definitely keep coming back!!!

Smallest medium cup of ice cream I've ever seen. Key lime pie flavor was good but was basically one scoop in size. My wife's small cup was ridiculously tiny for the price.

We were going to wait and go to another ice cream place but decided to go ahead and grab some here. I'm so glad we did. The portions were good, the service was good, and the ice cream was delicious. And it was charming to sit and eat and watch people go by.

The building boasts history, and the character and atmosphere of the place is simple, but perfect. The kids and adults who work there are all very nice and welcoming to us tourists, and the ice cream (and snow pops!) hit the spot. So glad this place is around the corner from where we’re staying, and I highly recommend stopping by for that sweet treat in the evenings!

The two younger girls in there were so sweet to us. We needed help, and they came through! The ice cream was really good and they were sweet to our toddler. Thankful we picked this place because we were blessed with the sweetest staff! We will be back to visit this shop specifically because they treated us so kindly. Much love - The Willifords

This poor Customer Service! I ordered the white chocolate six of them the balls and the guy told me there was white vanilla inside of them , as I don’t like dark chocolate I told him but when I started to eat one they were nothing of such a thing inside them. None of them . Waste of money as it cost 27 dollars. They were all dark chocolate. I took them back right away and ask to return them or give us a credit and he would not! So never ever again go back there very poor Customer Service.! HorribleMelissa
