We arrived late on a Monday night, so there weren't many people there. The waitress was sweet and attentive. Food arrived quickly as well. We had the steamed shrimp for a starter and then we both had the fried fish dinner.
The shrimp was rather lackluster. They weren't split, so they were extremely difficult to peel and the seasoning was thrown on afterwards, so it was just stuck to the shell, so when you peel it, there goes the seasoning too!
However!! That fried fish saved the day! Tender, flakey, perfection. The fries were amazing as well. The hush puppies were good, but the slaw was also rather bland, but was ok after some salt & pepper. If I just had the fish & fries, I would have been perfectly delighted! 10/10 Unfortunately the other items just missed the mark.

We waited 30 minutes and never got served. We even flagged down a server (she said someone would be over soon - waited 15 minutes.) but didn’t get anyone to come to our table. We watched 3 parties get seated and served (one party was seated next to our table) so it can’t be because they were too busy. They knew we were there. Finally I went inside to return the menus and let them know we waited and didn’t get served - didn’t even get an apology. Someone offered to serve us right then but at that point we decided to take our business elsewhere - since they didn’t want ours.

The hostess was rude. Employees are disgruntal with their manager. We ordered crab legs and they were terrible. I won't spend my money here again. Experience was disappointing. Location is great. Fannie up your game and give people what they pay for

The location is spectacular and being able to see the ocean from the second and third level really does make this place seem like a great place for food

So it’s 4:19pm on a Friday and we just finished fishing on the pier. Decided to go have an appetizer and maybe 1-2 drinks, walked in and sat down at an open seat at the bar where the host told us was available. After sitting a couple minutes a rude girl walks up from behind the bar and said the seats are now reserved for the owners friends… like wow you have tons of open seatsand bar was less than 50% occupied. I asked bartender are you serious, she said yes! I asked for the owners name, she replied with Jenny. No wonder they are dead. They will never receive my business again.

I've been to Tybee Island maybe 6 to 7 times and every time I go I end up getting a beverage or a little snack or a burger from Fannie's when in Tybee you eat at Fannie's

Haddock tasted freezer burned. Waitress left our food under the heat lamp for at least 10 minutes or longer. We could see from where we were sitting. Slaw was sour and frozen hush puppies gummy. Very expensive for the quality of food we got.
Great atmosphere, views and service. The food is okay. Frozen burger patties was kind of a bummer.

If you're going to come here, sit downstairs. The upstairs waitstaff is very overwhelmed and understaffed. Food is good, mixed drinks are a hit or miss.. especially when the managers ego insists they are good enough to bartend.. (they arent).

Waited twice as long on a food order during slow hours, realized they gave me the wrong order once i got home. Two hours wasted on average at best food i barely got an apology
