Pizza was pretty bad, kinda tasteless, crust wasn’t good. The wings were worse, one didn’t seem cooked well. Very pricy for really not great food.

We ordered delivery via the online website and were told that the deliver would take 45 minutes. Our food took an hour and 45 minutes to arrive and the order was incorrect and missing items. When we called to inform the establishment about the order we were put on hold multiple times. We finally drove to lighthouse pizza to talk to a manager and they were argumentative and unwilling to fix their errors. The service was terrible and the pizza was not much better than the service.

We ordered pizza for delivery pizza took almost 3 hours to come. When the order was finally delivered, it was incorrect when we called to address this misunderstanding, we were placed on hold for 20 minutes. Because no one answered the phone, we drove to the establishment. The owner would not address the issues and instead passed the problem onto a young girl and refused to speak with us to address the issue in any way.

Horrible communication in regards to delivery. Over an hour late. And incorrect order. We were on hold several times over the phone. And we were told we had to come to the restaurant to retrieve the missing items from our order. Even when we did that and went all the way to the restaurant the manager did not face us to discuss and would not rectify any issues we stated. No customer service. No refund. Pizza we received over an hour late was like warm, small and average.

Hi I had an order that was missing two orders of cheesy bread and I am appalled by how the manager handled it. He texted and said we needed to bring the pizza back (but we were already at the store) and wouldn’t even come up and talk to us face to face. Didn’t get any refund for our messed up order or any apology/decency. Not cool bro. Oh and also they got one of our pizza orders wrong. Then didn’t believe when we said that. But yeah anyways just get pizza from someplace else if you have another option.

Letdown by Lighthouse PizzaOur anticipation for a cozy pizza night turned into disappointment with Lighthouse Pizza. Not only did our order arrive a full hour late, but it also came lukewarm and incorrect. Missing items and a wrong pizza were just the start. When we reached out for help, we were left on hold for over 30 minutes, pushing us to visit the restaurant in person for resolution.The response from the manager was even more disheartening. Rather than offering a sincere apology or immediate rectification, we were met with defensiveness and were told we'd need to return the incorrect pizza before any compensation could be considered. The manager's approach was unprofessional, lacking in empathy, and reflective of the overall quality of service and food we received.Regrettably, based on this experience, I cannot recommend Lighthouse Pizza. The poor service, delayed and inaccurate order fulfillment, coupled with the management's inadequate handling of our situation, suggests that customer satisfaction is not their priority.

After ordering our pizza for delivery, our food arrived an hour later than it was supposed to arrive making the wait time almost 2 hours and the incorrect order. We were missing 2 items and had the wrong pizza order. After calling several times to get the issue resolved we were repeatedly put on hold. Since we waited so long on hold we decided to drive there to speak to someone in person. Once we got there the owner refused to speak to us. Instead he had his clearly uncomfortable young female employee tell us we needed to bring back the incorrect pizza. I would not recommend this business to anyone. I understand being busy and making a mistake but have the respect and decency to try to fix it.

Disgraceful to the local pizza game. They fell short in every aspect of pie, from serving size, cheese, and crust. Make the drive to Hucapoos if you want an actual pizza.

Do not order from here, after being told it would take 15 minutes for our pizza we lingered around. Over an hour later we finally received said pizza. Manager was rude staff was incompetent. Big waste of time for a pizza joint with very poor quality Pizza.

Pizza was tasty but I do not recommend ordering online. I order a half meat/half cheese pizza (and paid more for the meat) but it just got listed on the order sheet as "custom order" which the store interpreted as cheese. By the time I realized the error I had 2 hot pizzas and didn't want to fuss, but for sure just call in your order or go into the shop directly... avoid the online ordering.

Its a little confusing since the menu is a piece of paper on the counter but the pizza was amazing and the guy running it was nice, helpful, and passionate about his food.

Left a review on yelp too because the management needs to be evaluated. He was extremely rude to me and the other employees working in there. He refused to acknowledge his own pricing on the wall and overcharged me nearly $6 for a 10” pizza that was mediocre at best. His attitude was awful and no one, customer or employee should have to endure it.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The manager was incredibly rude to both myself and his own staff. He had wildly inaccurate pricing clearly posted on the wall and refused to acknowledge it and severely overcharged us for what we got. Would not recommend anyone else experience this disgusting lack of service
